The TV in the room had a maximum volume of 20 and it wasn't really loud enough. We also couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature in the room.

The convenient shop closes too early. It should serve the purpose if late night snack or food is needed. Can consider having a vending machine.

It's quiet and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Easily assessed with bus or metro from city centre but not by underground. The price of carpark nearby is fair. Smart TV available

We stayed here whilst our son was in hospital, the location was amazing, the staff were outstanding. Especially as we would add days on whilst waiting for hospital accommodation. They would ensure we stayed in the same room and were just really helpful. Out classic studio was perfect, modern and clean. Made a stressful time a little easier know we had a safe place to escape too.

I was staying for 1 night and had to put a hold on my bank account for £200. I think this is excessive.

I really like how they used the space of the rooms. It’s spacious enough for 2 people to not be on top of each other unlike most hotels. Loved the kitchenette, if I was staying longer this would have been useful. Facilities are good. Staff are nice and helpful. It’s a short work away from shops and restaurants. I didn’t drive but there is a joining car park. On my next visit to Birmingham I’ll be booking Aparthotel.

Poor double glazing so quite noisy at night. I did say the next morning and the lovely lady on the reception said that we should have said but we didn't realise until we went to bed so it was too late to mess about changing rooms.

The bathroom light is automatic, i.e. there is no switch and it takes a long time to turn itself off. The bin only allowed for recycling, which is great but we had food waste and didn't know what to do with it (we did tell the staff when we checked out).

Brand new apartments, beautifully furnished and containing everything one would need during the stay, including kitchen utensils, washing up stuff and dishwasher tabs. We had to request bedding for the sofabed but when we returned the sofabed was made. Fabulous shower too.

My only gripe would be that the aircon system seemed to be locked and not adjustable which was frustrating considering how warm it was ☹️

The bed was super comfy and walking distance to the Bullring shopping centre! 😇 all of the facilities in the room; although we didn’t use many, would’ve been great should we have been staying longer! A gentleman called Ken checked us in on arrival and he was absolutely brilliant! My other half was exhausted after playing sport all morning and Ken was kind enough to get us both a drink whilst we waited!

staff was very uninterested, i didn't feel like they made any eye contact. upon check in the only member of staff at reception was on a phone call so i had to wait several minutes to be addressed until he called to a colleague in the back room who finally came out and checked me in. again, didn't show much energy or motivation and barely made eye contact.

loved the size of the apartments for the cost, enjoyed the fresh carpet smell - clearly a newly developed property to a high standard and it shows

Really nice decor and well thought out room. Nice features with kitchen and reading area. Not noisy at all despite being in the middle of the city!

The only thing about our room was the electrics, one light kept flickering and the light switches was a little confusing.

Hotel service but with a mini kitchenette so feels like a little studio.
