As I was travelling alone, I quite often eat in the hotel I am staying in. There wasn't really any option for evening food and the bar was poor. It wasn't a deal breaker but I did have to look elsewhere for my meals. There is plenty of choice as the hotel is very central.

The hotel was in an excellent location and I had a nice large room. The breakfast was very good and all of the staff I met were both friendly and helpful.

A perfect place to stay. Very central. Lauren always gave everyone a big beautiful smile. She and Oisin helped us gladly whatever our problems were. Breakfast at the hotel was great but a bit expensive, but we also tried another nice breakfastplace after recommendation, a few blocks away. We would gladly come back.

Nothing I didn't like. Great location, easy access. Only thing is I got this room in a Black Friday deal, usually these prices would be out of my budget.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly, everytime I went to reception Damion was very kind and accommodating. The room was very spacious. It had a mini fridge as well as a kettle with teas and coffees. Lots of storage space too for longer stays! The room also has a safe. Downstairs in the lounge it's complimentary hot drinks, jugs of water and milk. I unfortunately didn't have too much time in the hotel but I might just make a day trip to stay in the hotel all day!

room was a little strange and not what expected. interesting concept on 2 floors but as a result the bedroom seemed a little small as a result would benefit from the restaurant doing some food as well mall. didnt realise there were 2 different thermostats which explains why it was so warm upstairs empty bottle of pop in the mini bar - not sure why anyone would leave an empty bottle in there but a member of staff should have picked that up lifts were a bit slow and couldn't have a group of 4 in to go up without buzzing but managed to go down ok

breakfast was good and staff couldn't do enough to help nice view from the room bed really comfortable minibar was a nice touch good to get discount on parking

The staff were so friendly and attentive. I had requested a birthday package on booking , it was exactly what I’d hoped for and my partner loved it. Even asking for a few changes was no bother at all to them. The room was unreal , so glad I had chosen the duplex as it was so reasonably priced. The complimentary tea and coffee was great too!!

The hotel didn't have the restaurant open only at breakfast. We did not know until we arrived. Luckily, we found a great restaurant across the road.

The staff was very pleasant, especially Mathew. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the little bath duck left on the Towels a nice touch.
