For a 1 night stay transferring £500 over via bank transfer for a deposit I thought was really bizarre but I did get my deposit returned it made my stay really on edge because a lot of reports stating they did not get their deposit refunded

Sink in bathroom- plug broken so couldn't use. Door handles very worrying as you could easily get locked in. Have stayed here bef9re but it needs a little bit if attention.

Shower did work well, water was impossible to turn at the right temperature. very hard to take a proper shower. Flat temperature always very high even with the option turned off

The bathroom was not very clean and the shower in the ceiling sprayed the floors and the lower hose was hanging off. Everything has an not cleaned lately smell, like it fresh and clean but that was months ago and no one had used the apartments in a while. Not much in cupboards only 2 cups, 2 glasses etc only setting for 2 so had to wash up everytime.

Good location to visit london, very quiet at night, we only made drinks so cant say on using oven but not too much equipment in cupboards. The bed was comfortable and the apartment isnt too far some shops or resturants. Good public transport in the area.

The accomodation process was terrible. No early check in available, and we managed to have the apartment at 16:30, although the check in was set at 15:00. Also, a security deposit of 350 pounds was preathorised prior to our arrival. The communication with customer service was terrible.

The apartment is big, two rooms and two bathrooms, enough space for maximum 4 persons.

One 2 seater sofa and 4 hard dining chairs for a 4 berth apartment TV aerial cable had no socket so would not plug into the wall = no TV! Bathroom/en suite shower room need refurbishment. Wardrobe door needs new hinge. Windows need re-sealing noise from outside made it feel like the window was open when it wasn’t!

Staff very unaccommodating. I understand that owner want to protect their property but when you are asking for a £1,500 security deposit there should be an element for flexibility with guests. They also asked for additional money at every step. Ended up paying £600 for a £250 booking. No flexibility to accommodate guests

The staff kept on changing their terms as regards the deposit for the apartment. They were not also very helpful and too rigid

Everything is broken, barely any kitchen ware, shower was mouldy. $650 AUD deposit taken for a place that was not very maintained. Location isn’t in the nicest area of london. If your in young girls maybe not the best area to stay.

It was not clean, the toilet had not been cleaned, dishwasher full of dirty glass', mugs and plates so needed to wash what we needed. Corners of bathroom need attention, black and in need of a deep clean

We booked last minute as we unexpectedly had to stay in London. We arrived after 6pm and it took 1.5hrs standing outside in the rain, 8 calls to the company only to be diverted each time to some out of hours call center before we managed to fulfill their complicated requirements and get the code to open the front door, we were not happy. We had to provide copies of our passport via a complicated link and email system which of course we didn’t have with us so had to get them sent from home we thought we were done then they demanded £250 deposit before we would be given the code, we had seen the reviews saying people hadn’t got there money back so we were skeptical but after speaking with booking.com we had no choice and they advised us to take pictures of everything so will let you know if we actually get it back without a fight. Shower en-suite was very rusty and mouldy. Area not great.

This was a spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and mostly clean. We were only there for the night so didn’t try most things. Beds, pillows and duvet were comfy, clean towels were provided along with some wash stuff, tea and coffee sachets, milk sachets were off.

the actual condition was not the same as they shown on the booking website photos, stains and mould on the wall, and toilet seat is not steady, there’s stains on the duvet, and I couldn’t change it until the next day. considering the price, I was expecting more cleaner conditions of the apartment itself.

the communication with property owner was awful. Apartament had many bag reviews in other websites and booking was not carrying about it. It was so complicated to agree something and they chared us deposit.

Wifi doesn't work, bathroom is mouldy, also being charged for a tv remote for a tv that doesnt even work and Who takes a tv remote from the UK when they dont even live in the UK make it make sense.

Apartament was clean and comfortable, pretty easy explanation to retrieve the keys. Tried several times for early check in but no avail.

The service was horrible. I needed help getting on the apartment...but was treated rude. Later that day a mother and daughter couldn't get in their apartment and had to sleep with us. Even the next day there were not helped correctly. Also there was no WiFi and no reaction to me asking for it, several times. I recommend not staying there.

The apartment in itself was alright.
