Very squeaky floor boards in the upstairs bedroom but you can't help that being a character property! A bigger mirror in the upstairs bathroom would have been useful (and not over the toilet).

Location good in a lovely village with a great local pub. On street parking right outside. Made space for our bicycles so they were secure.

The property was just as described and in a lovely village.It had all the equipment you would want . There is a couple of pubs you can walk too one does lovely meals.

The location for us was lovely and quite but our purpose for being there was to attend Newmarket Races and it was a little to far away for that reason and cost us quite a lot of money in taxi's However it would be a ideal base for exploring the area

The accommodation was lovely. We stayed in the studio and it had everything you need for a 2 night stay. If I was personally staying longer I would have liked a separate bedroom but what we wanted it was good. Host for lovely and very welcoming. The Bell pub eight next door was a nice local pub and the locals where so friendly for a few drinks

The bed was a little uncomfortable (for my taste), but the sheets and linens were very comfortable.

A beautiful studio, perfect for what we wanted. It was warm and cosy after an adventurous day at Centre Parcs. Would 100% recommend. We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you 😊

The lock on my door was a little annoying however after a little playing around and some help from staff, the situation was rectified!

Beautiful place to stay, girlfriend came down on the second night and liked the room. Both found the bed extremely comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was easy to use and clean. 100% satisfied with my stay!!

Just a few teething problems with this property. The bedroom, because of its sloping ceilings we had to duck whilst walking round the room most of the time. Also the shower was good even though quite small. Dissapointed that there wasn't any shower gel or shampoo provided, as with most properties there are. A good size kitchen which was fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall it was a nice stay.

Room on the first floor of the cottage has restricted head height (it is a cottage after all), but easily something I could live with.

Lovely accommodation and hosts, in a great location. Wifi is not the best which was a little limiting being a business traveller, but I don't consider it enough of an issue to not stay there.

Stuggled to connect to the wifi, but that was only an issue for our son. My husband and I did not have a problem with that.

If you are getting on in years or suffer with mobility problems dont get the upstairs room it is awkward access and low ceilings

The property is next door to a pub and it was a little bit noisy for the better part of the evening but not unbearably so.

It was a very nice studio with all the necessities. Everything was very nice and clean.

Great setup with shared access to kitchen and dining area - ideal on morning of wedding we were attending nearby. 1 room upstairs shares the access, never crossed paths with anyone but no issue if we had.

The property was nice and clean and good value for the money. The owner was friendly and was available for a chat. Close to the house there are couple of pubs to enjoy the drink and food was tasty as well

Shower needed a good clean We ordered the continental breakfast which nothing like the picture! Bagels out of date it just looked like we were having someone else’s leftovers

There was a shared kitchen to use so you could make your own breakfast or bring a meal in. Lovely views of the garden and very peaceful location. Great riverside walk to Mildenhall.

Missing a few comfort items (only 1 towel, no extra hand towels, no shower toiletries), no outlet in bathroom or outlet near a mirror, limitation on heat availability, mattress was worn and soft.
