I wasn't expecting much from the photos and reviews. It is very old building, it certantly needs repairs. The floor in the room was cery dirty. The carpet has a lot of stains, its disguisting. But the sheets cerę clean, we also for Forest towels and spa in the room. They clean the room everyday, it was vaccumed, just the floor looks like it was never deeply cleaned. The whole hotel looks that way. The room was ok size, but the wardrobe was located so closely to bed, that it was imposibble to fully open it, do it was inconvenient to use. There also could be some hangers on The wall to put towels, bags etc. cause the space to put things, especially with how the wardrobe is located, is cery limited. There was no real windows on our room. It looks like we just had the blocked seconda door, so we coudn't open windows to let some air to the room. It was also could next to The "window" since The door was not good isolated, also when swoje was smoking outside you could smell it. But the room itself wasn't stinky. The shared bathroom looks again - very old and rusty, but clean on the surface. It is imposibble to not flood the flood with water surfing shower. It states here that there is kitchen - the kitchen is just a dinning room, there are like 3 tables, fridge for guests, some cups and pilates to use and sink. We could bearly find any kitchen utensils such as knives for example. There is Kettler they also had Kettle to use at reception. You can also use microvave, but there is no stove od anything like that. To use kitchen you need to ask stuff to open it, every single time. But there was zero problems with that. The Staff was very nice and helpfull. It was surely the bet thing about this place. The location was very good. Its just 5 minutes walk from the Early Court Underground station, so its very good commute with the test of the city. You can hear the trans in the room, but it wasn't as loud as I expected.

Room could do with refurbishment. Carpet was thread bare in places and other parts of room need a makeover. Downside is our room was back facing tube line; could be noisy at night.

Location was very good. Walking distance from Earl's Court tube (District line). Easy links to main sites. Clean room. 24/7 reception area. Front door locks at night: added security.

Bathroom definitely needed work and carpets needed a clean. Old gum on the floor was tacky. Furniture was falling to bits.

The room was small, you could hear the underground, the desk and wardrobe seemed to be broken and in need of repair, the other amenities were ok, the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean, I didn't watch the TV so I don't know how the TV was

The 24 hour front desk was great, I had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night as another accommodation closed its front desk before I arrived, so I ended up with this one, the front desk working 24 hours solved a lot of problems!

Lots of flights of stairs, no lift, not suitable for all. Mouse traps all down staircases. No tea/coffee service. Tv didn't work. Toilet/ shower tired & grimey. Room furniture was broken. Next to tube railway line which is noisy late at night & early in morning.

The room that was provided to us is near the train rail so it was noisy at night. Also you need to pay £5 if you wish to keep your luggage after check-out.

It is very near in the Earls Court station and to Asians Store. Staffs are friendly.

All the hotel! The owner should invest in improvements, do not let your employees take all responsibility. The walls were dirty, the carpet looked disgusting ( don't stand without shoes) the tap in the shower was broken, the wardrobe and desk were in pieces. The doors were in bad condition. The noise at the back is unbearable due to the trains. I really regret my mistake of not cancelling this reservation on time. Please read all the negative comments.

The best asset of this hotel is the staff, they try so hard to do their best with facilities that doesn't meet the expectations of anyone. The bedding and bathroom were clean (thanks to the cleaner). The location is good, but I recommend that if you want to take the risk to stay here ask for a bedroom at the front of the building, arrive late at night (when the trains stop) and leave early in the morning.

The whole place was a bit tired. Would’ve been nice to have a kettle in the room for a morning coffee. I’ve paid less and had this service in similar situations. Bed very uncomfortable. Maybe time to change the mattress.

The building is very old, narrow spaces, little space in the bedroom, the sink in the bedroom, shower and toilet also in a very small room like 1 Sq meter. Old doors, old looking vinyl on the floor. Room was on the side of rail, a train passed with high speed every 5 min. Extremely noisy. Till midnight and early morning.

Everything else; room was horrible; old stained with blood and urine mattresses; stained in blood duvet; my room was opposite the kitchen that other Guests are allowed to use through night (you can appreciate what type of sleep you'll get...); pillows like stones; not a single hanger to hang your clothes upon; the management promised that the mattresses will be replaced in two months other than that they act very defensive; for obvious reasons, I've requested the refund via booking.com, given that the manager has refused to provide it directly; as of now, no response from the Hotel...
