Lodge was beautiful, modern and had everything we needed. Extremely comfortable bed. Hot tub was well maintained and had gorgeous views. The extra charcuterie grazing board was incredible Thank you Karen

I can’t really say there was anything I disliked about the lodge or my weekend away. The only comment I would have is be mindful if you have a small, low or sports type car as the road into where the lodge is quite a steep ramp like and very stony - this wasn’t an issue for us as we had our bigger car and took it slowly - it keeps the premises secure and safe.

The views were amazing, the hot tub was relaxing and warming it was a real treat - the lodge itself was spcoius, comfortable and provided every thisng we needed.

A beautiful lodge in a wonderful setting. Arrived to an amazing charcuterie board and the hot tub ready and waiting. The lodge has all amenities and could not be faulted in anyway! Just WOW!

We did find a few dog hairs from previous guests, but I do appreciate they’re not the easiest to clean up after.

There are only 2 cabins so it’s lovely and private to yourself, beautiful view and the cabins are just incredible! Cozy and peaceful, quick, simple and easy check in so you can get straight to enjoying yourself!

Absolutely nothing!

Fabulous lodge, very cosy and homely inside. The most well equipped self catering accommodation I have stayed in, every little detail has been thought through. The outside decking area was great and the hot tub even better! Loved the privacy here, not overlooked and lovely views! Highly recommended! Great host too!

To be honest. There was nothing we did not like. If I am being really really fussy. I didn’t like the bowls. Because they have a flat edge. That is very petty though.

The location was great and the lodge has great views. It’s easily accessible as long as you don’t miss the turn. We took our new born and it was easy to wheel a pram round inside when he was sleeping. The lodge is well stocked with things like plates bowels cups and glasses. It has WiFi and a smart tv. It’s very comfortable, clean and well decorated. We are looking forward to going again.

Nothing that we didn’t like it was perfect!

Lovely home feeling to the lodge it was clean and spacious, warm and smelt lovely. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to use if wanting to cook etc. We went to just escape and relax and that’s what we got! Comfortable bed, hot tub was a perfect temperature and was lovely and relaxing of an evening just looking at the view The owner is really lovely and welcoming too Lovely quiet area perfect for a relaxing break. We will definitely be booking again!

EVERYTHING!! Attention to detail was superb, cleanliness was fantastic. The grounds the lodges are on are beautiful. Karen was great! Couldn’t fault our stay, will be recommending to friends and family, can’t wait to go back!

We loved the interior and the attention to detail including the personalised pin board message. The hot tub was an added bonus, over looking the fields.

Loved the privacy and views. Appreciated the real Christmas tree and the lovely furnishings. Enjoyed the Hot tub and some lovely walks located close by. Charcuterie board was great, well worth the price, highly recommend.
