The rooms are nothing like the pics on booking .com around toilet seat was disgusting , I wiped around everywere with wipes, the condensation on window which there was mould on walls at side of bed , you can only see if u pull bed out, there was a syringe smell in room of urine, there was trouble in hotel as quests were demanding there money back , wr wanted ares back but left early than expected , don’t be fooled by pics we went in 3 rooms in hotel and non were like the pictures

The shower door was broken, and the windows weren't safe to open door eas tricky to open the 2 rooms was 270. You charged me 217 now ur chasing me for it you wasn't around when we needed to leave to hand you the keys back

The room was made to look bigger than it was with pictures using a wide angle lens, no water whatsoever in hot taps, was cold, no heating on, we needed to dry coats after a long day out in the rain.

Nobody at property to meet us, phone numbers were no use, number changed with no notice. Not told there was a socket at the end of the bed. Had to use other rooms socket first morning to make drinks. Door handle on room 5 broken, had to use lock to open door, to fill kettle had to fill coffee mug and pour into kettle repeatedly, No toothbrush mug in room 4, towels very stiff and scratchy,(had brought my own luckily). No one to leave keys with when leaving.

The beds were very comfortable, quilts cosy and warm. Tea and coffee facilities were very welcome. Connecting rooms were a pleasant surprise. Showers were very good.

It's advertised wrong. It's NOT an apartment it's two small rooms attached to each other, when we saw the rooms we were very disappointed spoilt my break It should be advertised correctly

The pic that are shown on line.room wasnt any think like it..carpet was ripped..wires hanging from the wall..shelf kettle was on was moving..dirty under the mattress..shower door not clipped in right..bk ov toilet was dirty..plasic stuff glued on to the base ov the bed..cornt shelfs in bathroom commin away from the wall.so you could use them..blood on mirror. Room very very tiny...i do have pic i have taken ov the room if you need to see ..plus i emailed them about breakfast..there wasnt any breakfast :( very very disappointed...by rights we shud have our money back..only ever sin one persion y we was there..the day to take our money and the day to leave our keys..but we did have to leave the keys in the door ..no one about to give them to..untill we was out side getting in the car..the fella came bk from walkin his dog..i could wait to leave..no interacting with us all the time we stayed there..nothing..id never ever stay there again..or ever recomend any obe to either..if you wanted more tea sugar or coffee you had to pay 4 it :(

Bright Street lamp outside window made it hard to sleep. Door in shower was coming off. Sink leaked. Shelves in bathroom weren't secure. Tiny bedroom, definitely not as expected from viewing the photos online.

The bed & pillows were comfy. It was clean in the bathroom. Shower gels etc were supplied. The host allowed us to check in late.

Had to wait 20 minutes to check in and left to stand outside along with other guests. No staff around for any assistance had to go buy our own toilet roll and iron. One room had no curtains and blinds had several spaces from broken parts letting a lot of light in. Shower water pressure was really bad in both rooms we had. On check out waited 15/20 minutes for assistance to hand back Keys had to phone in the end and was told could wait 10 minutes for someone to come see us out and take the keys or put them in the door. Put keys in door due to no one available to see us out and having a catch train.

Comfortable beds , clean, smelled nice and good location. Good value for money.
