The property was really cosy, very comfortable and warm. Everything has been done to a high standard and the view is unbelievable. The staff was really helpful. It’s been a wonderful stay, an opportunity to switch off and admire the beautiful Scottish sceneries.

Property could do with a little maintenance Bedroom window wouldn't close had been mentioned by previous guests and few other bits around the place. But that's all.

It made the base for a wonderful family holiday, location is fantastic. The stunning views in any direction, so much wildlife to see and hear. Property was very comfortable and clean. Hot tub good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A welcome pack would have been nice for guidance on how to use things and some info on surrounding areas. Google is a wonderful thing though and the WiFi is good.

Could provide more sheets for sofa bed. Possibly non duck feather as me and one of our friends are allergic. No dvd player anymore. Slip matt under hot tub stairs.

Superb location our cabin was right on the water. Hot tub was a huge hit and we accessed the paddle board facilities at a reasonable price. Great fun. Cabin was in good condition. Pub and restaurant handy and close to drovers 🧟‍♂️🥰

The sauna was not very hot so we did not use it at all. There was no dish soap or sponge provided for rinsing dishes or washing bulky barbeque grill. We were not able to figure out how to operate TV as none of the instructions given to us worked. The TV is pretty old and would need upgrading. Fridges did not shut properly.

We enjoyed this lodge, spacious and very nicely built, with amenities like dishwasher and cooker and oven. The hot tub was an excellent relaxing experience. All the living space was cozy and inviting. The beds were clean and plenty towels provided. The lodge was pretty clean and hygienic. Soaps and toilet paper provided. The view was outstanding and breathtaking. There is little green lawn space in front of the lodge for wee pup to play! Cot and highchair provided upon request!

Wooden toilet seats.. I just don't like them germ catchers. No plugs in the bedrooms!. To plug hairdryer in the front room you have to scramble under the bed..everything else was great bit dusty maybe house keeping but could have be left standing awhile.

One of the hot tub jets didn't work meaning that one half of the tub didn't bubble

We have now been 4 times and stayed in both lodges, the fire in both lodges does not work properly, on this occasion the gentleman showing us round actually told us we could have heat or light but not both 😳… this does seem a bit ridiculous as it was we couldn’t even get any light. this is a shame as one of the lovely things about staying in a lodge is having a fire glowing (even if it is just the light it sets a really nice ambience).

The property was not the cleanest even though we are still in the COVID situation. The couch could do with a deep clean and deffo all the corners of the lodge.

The views are amazing and the location was very good. It was lovely inside and very cozy.

No local walks from the site (ie to walk the dog). Loud music from one of the Moore’s boats in the early hours of the morning - made a complaint. Heard no more about it
