The rooms and beds are small and there is not a lift. Also, it is just rooms, there is no foyer area to sit etc…

A great location for Kings Cross/St. Pancras - and good 24 hr access to the hotel. It is perfect for early morning trains/Eurostar. Also very accessible via the tube, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

One side of bed against the wall, prefer room on either side. There wasn't a table or separate chairs to sit on although there was plenty of room where one would fit. Only place you could sit was on the bed.

Location, comfy bed, staff were very friendly and helpful.

no sound proofing, i was right on the top floor next to the stairs and it was so loud it sounded as if there were people in my bathroom, which is not the best for the anxiety if you’re also a female solo traveller (despite the noise i did feel extremely safe). My bathroom had a second door with a padlock attached, which again did seem odd. If you struggle with mobility you may want to request a room on the first or ground floor as the stairs are narrow and there’s a lot of them (no lift).

really lovely and friendly staff, the room was decorated well and I had a gorgeous view over the park. Location is perfect and good safe neighbourhood and it was fairly priced for london. I would stay again.

Fittings in bathroom came off.

Friendly responsive staff. Nothing too much trouble. It was actually nice to be there over a few days watching the work come together. Will def go back and look forward to when they serve breakfast!

There was nothing to dislike apart from a lack of coathangers!

Friendly little hotel undergoing renovation. Pleasant room and bathroom, newly and smartly redecorated with good towels and bedlinen. Convenient for London St Pancras and Gatwick Airport and easy to get into the City or West End. Would be happy to stay again.

Obvious building works in progress. Had to walk across dust sheets to get to my room.

The rooms again are trendy to look at but very very small, and need looked after dirty, holes in the wall painting scraped on the walls and the shower hasn’t been fitted correctly

The location is brilliant and the highlight of the stay, rooms are trendy visually

Was a very small double room, ok for the couple of nights I stayed to do the marathon. But would be to small for me for a longer stay.

There was an issue with the hot water during our stay which meant we weren’t able to have a shower at all. However, the hotel gave us a discounted rate due to the inconvenience this caused, without hesitation.

The room was clean and comfortable. They were obviously spending money refurbishing and updating the hotel and there were new carpets already in some areas. Fabulous location!

The handle on the shower in room 2 (I think) has been put on the wrong way so I initially thought I was stuck in there as I'm too short to reach over. I forgot to mention this when I was leaving.

Great location for St Pancras International train station. The room was small but perfectly equipped and well thought out. It had recently been refurbished and was very clean. Due to the refurbishment there is a bit of chaos in some places but it didn't affect my stay.
