Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable. We were made to feel incredibly welcome as was our dog. Cannot rate this property and the hosts more highly.

Perhaps provide a bottle of washing up liquid. We mostly ate out & only needed to wash cups.

Lovely accommodation. Comfy bed. View of the sea. Plenty of seating & lots of crockery for two. Good shower. Excellent location for sea front & town. Also opted to have breakfast in the B&B for £8.95. It was well worth it with cereal, orange, full English, tea & toast! All the towels were provided.

Main tv in a funny position but no real alternative in regards to wall space. Pillows not to my liking for comfort but each to their own.

Everything was great main was great with all the facilities. On a nice it would be better as you can see the sea from 1 window. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect, five minute walk from the train station, can see the sea from the window apartment with a very comfy chair, very clean, even added extra touches like tea, coffee, sugar and toiletries. They were very kind and let us leave our cases after check in whilst we visited family until our train was due, great friendly hosts.

Unfortunately there was a persistent loud humming / buzzing noise coming from the flat downstairs ( below the smaller bedroom ) intermittently during the night. This did disturb my sleep, not the owners fault but there it is. Heavy door closers made traversing from room to room uncomfortable. Living room / kitchenette a bit cramped and "pokey "

The flat is clean, light and airy in a corner position with views out to sea. situated in a quiet area. Adequately equipped kitchenette with comfortable sofa and chair and a big TV. The beds are comfortable, with a bedside table with a working bedside lamp. Both rooms being en-suite was very nice, the plumbing and heating worked as expected.

We were cooking our own meals, and found that we needed to buy a few utensils like a potato peeler and masher, cafetière, and a cloth to wipe the surfaces, that would normally be found in a self-catering apartment. We couldn't find any instructions on recycling, or a separate bin for carboard, glass and other recyclables. It wasn't a problem for us, but the stairs up to the apartment are quite steep. If you have any mobility issues, it would be worth checking with the owners before booking. All in all, this is a conveniently located, comfortable and well-appointed apartment, that provides a great base for a working holiday, or exploring Redcar, Saltburn, Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby.

This was the perfect place to combine working and visiting family in the area and we really appreciated being able to bring our dog along (for an extra £8 a night). We loved having a sea view from the lounge and being able to get straight onto the beach first thing in the morning with the dog. On arrival, we were given a visitors' parking permit to put in our car window, which allowed us to park on the road, or just in front of the apartment for the whole of our stay, which took away the hassle of having to top up parking each day. It was great to be able to cook our own meals and have somewhere to sit and relax after visiting family and we appreciated having tea, instant coffee and sugar provided. Armada apartment is less than 5 minutes' walk from the Regent cinema, which overlooks the beach and is well worth a visit, and less than 10 minutes' walk from Morrisons supermarket, local restaurants, and Redcar railway station. It couldn't be more conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again.

I couldn’t fault it so there was nothing I didn’t like.

I liked everything here. The host was a genuinely nice guy. The place was clean tidy well organised and had everything I needed. I liked the bathroom. I definitely loved the sea view and the comfy chair to view it in.

There’s nothing we didn’t like except for having to leave.

It’s in excellent condition and you have everything you could need there. The owners are lovely and so helpful. We are aloud to take our dog and really close to the beach for them to have a run.

I can’t recommend this property enough, you get everything you can need and more. There’s plenty of space with 2 large en-suite bathrooms that are also spacious and a fully equipped kitchen dinner. You can see the sea from 2 of the rooms and a big plus is it’s dog friendly. The owners are lovely and nothing is to much.

The apartment is well laid out and we'll supplied. It is very close to the beach. Also convenient to get to Eston Hills and Rosebury Topping The proprietors arranged for us to do a late check in after our long drive.
