Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI’ve been coming to Blackpool for nearly 30 years and this is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in this hotel on its own. Could stand in central London and would not look out of place. The attention to detail on the rooms, the hallway the decor every single part of the hotel was exceptional clean and tidy 10 out of 10.

we were upgraded to a suite which was lovely with good tech (sound bar, tv, projector), great location, good doubleglazed windows to dull any sound outside. stylish decor and spacious rooms, we would definitely stay again.
