Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomA tip for anyone visiting - take your own tea, coffee and milk. We had two tea bags, two coffees and two milk pots for three of us! Also there was no soap in the bathroom - there was a mini shampoo and shower gels so we used these, but a small bar of soap is generally provided everywhere else I have gone. United KingdomWhen we first got into the aparentment there was food crumbs under the table and around the chairs it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and some kind of sauce on one of the kitchen cupboards. White paint stains on the bathroom floor unfortunately let down a lovely bathroom. A bin NEEDS to be provided in bathrooms for women shouldn’t need to be using a kitchen bin for women’s needs. Tele in bedroom would be nice but not a big issue.
Lovely spacious apartment, was nice and quiet. Easy to collect keys, nice having a choice or shower and bath in the apartment. Modern design and free WiFi was great.

IrelandUnfortunately the lack of blinds on the windows in the bedroom caused us to wake at daybreak...6am. Maybe consideration could be given to installing some sort of blind or curtain. This is an individual and personal view and did not in any way spoil our weekend.
The apartments were of an excellent standard and all modern appliances worked perfectly. You would not want for any items such as hairdryer etc. Staff were exceptionally accommodating when we requested a change of room and thereafter an extra chair for the sitting room. Nothing seemed to be an issue and staff at reception desk were friendly. courteous and very helpful.

The manager upgraded our booking giving us an amazing duplex 😍We met her at the reception, a massive thank you specially from my children: they loved their room. We appreciated our stay my children asked me when we are back here immediately the day after our stay. Willing to visit again? We are looking forward to go back there. Location was so quiet that sometimes we forgot that we were in a apartment. I forgot to take pictures therefore means that we have to go there again. Staff is always supportive, happy to help, on site 24 hours on. Is amazing that we can go back late at night and there's always someone in reception. Thank you all in Ascot. We are looking forward to seeing you again soon.
