The room was cozy and clean (although a little too small) with quality furniture and a very comfy bad. The kitchen has everything you need and there's free coffee and tea. The owner was friendly and super helpful, really nice guy. The property has a very nice and big garden in the back and the neighborhood is very peaceful.

They were really friendly and went above and beyond by supplying towels, toiletries (as well as little travel sized toiletries), a travel sized packet of tissues, travel toothbrushes and toothpaste paste, and bottled water!

Everything and more beautiful people beautiful gardens to sit in beautiful clean comfortable large clean rooms huge kitchens with milk sugar teabags anything you want Rom provides it I needed to stay two extra nights and although Rom is fully booked with many people returning that need to be close to the airport even pilots that stay over and over at the beautiful Ashcroft Quiet Rooms over and over again prior to flying out from London Luton airport I have already been back to the house to see Rom and Paul one of the regulars as the place is so comfortable and such beautiful gardens to walk and sit in I’ll be a regular weekly visitor most definitely stay overnight just to be around the beautiful people rooms and location and gardens thank you Rom for everything

I was in a desperate situation and needed somewhere nice to stay.within an hour or so. I’m always booking hotels that are expensive and not half as nice as the lovely Ashcroft quiet garden house near London Luton airport. Not only was it a beautiful large room with an en-suite with loads of extras for showering clean large towels and a lovely view that looked over the huge beautiful back gardens with the most beautiful cherry blossom and other mature trees and the peacefulness too. Rom who runs and owns the two beautiful detached bungalows with have been converted into huge rooms there are also extra bathrooms with showers toilets huge kitchens where there’s always someone else cooking for everyone if wanted, Rom the owner nothing is too much he allowed me to stay an extra two nights (although he’s always fully booked as everyone always comes back!) tea coffee you name it Rom provides it even brand new toothbrushes and toothpaste cleansing wipes fresh huge white bathing towels you name it Rom provides it! In the past I’ve paid triple for expensive basic rooms that don’t provide half of what Roms stay provided

My room had narrow stairs up. All wood building, makes squeaking of wood while moving a possible source of noise to others. I stayed only for few hours to refresh before my next stop.

The supervisor is friendly and helpful. Amazing to learn about shared bathrooms in the UK, which is something I did not experience before. I like that my space had its "dedicated" bathroom for a good price and not far away from the airport.

Absolutely gem of a host. Was extremely nice and respectful. Obliged every request and made sure i was comfortable. Perfect location with regards to the town center and train station being a short ride away. Quiet and peaceful area. Well kept property, do not be fooled by the pictures, it exceeds them. For the price; an absolute steal.

Basically nothing - You can just about hear some of the noise from the road, but barely.

Super comfortable beds and friendly welcome. Spacious room, clean and loads of cute touches with toiletries and house shoes. Huge garden and free parking spaces.

It was one of the worst accommodations of our 17 years of travelling around the world. It's the cleanliness that's the most important to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, it was lacking! Hairs on the floor, dirt on the radiator in the bathroom and in the corners of the bathroom, shower glass that seemed unwashed for ages, dirty room windows (I could go on and on)... at least, the sheets were clean. I still slept like a mummy (I was reluctant to move) and I imagined that I was somewhere else (we had a late flight and it was a compromise that we made for 1 night). We got our money back for the second night, left, and found a new place close to the airport. It was spotless, we could shower and sleep and prepare for the flight.

I don't like writing bad reviews or talking about negative experiences, but I also like to be honest with myself. I didn't like anything.

The owner gave me an ‘upgrade’ to a room that was less than the standard dog from I booked. ‘HE’ claimed the room Ibooked was unavailable, despite the fact that no one else was resident in the property. So it is simple, it is a penny-pinching con.

Nothing, it is not quiet and on a flight path.
