Breakfast was exceptional. There was a wide variety of choices on the menu. The cooked breakfast was really good and everything was cooked perfectly during our stay. Carol the owner was always willing to give local advice at breakfast and was always available at the end of the phone. Lovely quiet location with mountain and garden views.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We had a very good time. Staying two nights in a lovely, well presented, and spacious room with en suite. Although we had the back room, we had a decking area to sit out on and take in the amazing views. They don't allow children for a good reason. There is a 40 or 50 foot drop on the edge of the garden down to a burn. Carole was very attentive to our needs and offers a full and varied breakfast. Beautifully cooked. There are two other rooms which face out on to the view and they both have their own access to.

It would be difficult to find anything wrong with the accommodation

The accommodation is ideally situated, central to all the areas we wanted to visit. The room was so lovely, modern furnishings and everything was very clean. The extras provided in the room made it feel even more special. It also has amazing views! Carol and Bobbie were fantastic hosts. They were friendly, warm and welcoming and also knowledgable about all the areas to visit, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing!!

Paradise is here! The room, the surrounding, the peace and quitness the bed, the breakfast and Carol and Bobby made it perfect. We got a very warm welcome and felt from the beginning to the end not like costumers…. We asked for advice for an evening walk. The recommendation was to walk to the cathedral of three. This place was the right place to restart the bond between human and universe. Thanks for this locale inside tipp. Last but not least the breakfast: It Couldn’t be better!🥰 my wife good her gluten free bread and plant based milk. The preparation of everything was on the point. There’s again for everything Carol and Bobby. We will von back Claudia and Norbert

There was nothing not to like.

A lovely quiet elevated location with stunning 360 degree views. The property was beautifully decorated, modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was probably the best we’ve had anywhere. Easy access to Oban which was a short drive away and gave access to the islands via the ferry.

It is located out of the busy village of Oban. It is a tranquil haven with lovely views of rolling hills. It is a short drive into town . The accommodation is clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Carol, our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of variety. Bobby also gave us some great tips for our next stop which we later enjoyed. Oban itself is very busy and parking is difficult and metered. After 6 pm it is free so that’s the time to head into town for a meal.

We had the room with the deck overlooking the countryside and it was spectacular. Bobby and carol were lovely people and we enjoyed our conversations with them. The decor was beautiful and the variety of breakfast choices was splendid.
