shower in 1 room didnt work and the shower in the other bathroom was a nightmare to keep on a certain heat, could hear alot of noise of other rooms and also alot of people were drunk outside the hotel, even heard an argument going off outside with one that sounded nasty

the room was okay, it had everything that was needed, hotel was in a good location and breakfast was good, bed was comfy and tv worked okay

Had to wait half hour for codes to get entry, same for shower waiting for hot water, bed and room was smaller than advertisement.

Didnt like that no staff to speak too and couldnt get a drink at the bar as it only opens friday amd saturday plus on a arrival had to stay outside in rain due to a shower steam setting off the fire alarms

only problem I had was the shower was bit rusty at the bottom by the door and the room was bit dark could do with being lighted up with white walls or lighter cream. But for the price I payed I'm not complaining as I only stopped for one night.

I stopped in the duplex room thats up to a family of 4, nice little room, breakfast included I enjoyed the cooked breakfast myself. I found the double bed really comfortable. The two singles were ok. Room was clean.

No bathroom door handle in room 4 so had to use a little force to close and open. No shower gel and towel on arrival so had to ask for them.

Convenient location, a walk from the beach. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety.

The rooms are a little out-dated but they are perfect in terms of what is included. Our room had a leak from the radiator which seeped into the carpet which left a small but Manageable damp smell. Also one of the 2 showers was out of order however this was the family room which had 2 bathrooms so at least we had a shower to use. the room was clean and the mattresses comfortable. tea coffee kettle etc all included. for the price i really couldn't fault it other than the room issues.

Great location and convenient for the price, the dining room was very clean and the breakfast was very good in deed with many options to choose from. i would certainly book here again. right in the heart of Blackpool.

Going down the steep stairs!

Excellent value for money. Central location nr the Tower. Buffet style full English breakfast, toast and cereals with tea/coffee and fruit juices. No on-site parking, although this is made clear when booking. Easy to follow self check-in instructions via email.

Initial communication in that you are sent a thank you for booking email. But if it actually said what happens when you arrive it would be a lot, lot more helpful. There is no reception desk, you check yourself in. On arrival you go to the room allocated to you, but you only find this out if you check your emails regularly as in around 1 O'clock on the day you are arriving or you receive a txt message. The later of which I didn't receive & the last thing on my mind was to check my emails. Other than that, the staff are great, very helpful & polite.

Location is perfect. You're on a side road, so it's quiet, but walk about 150 to 200 yards away & you're in the thick of it. You can't knock breakfast either. Help yourself, buffet style full English beans, tomatoes, fried or/& scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage or continental if you prefer. I don't know if the price I paid was a 1 off, but it sure was a bargain!!!!

Could not find any napkins. With them cooking down stairs next to were breakfast was. It was burning my eyes. Also there was no soap in my bathroom.

When Dean the daily chef was off there was a replacement chef and only one word the food was VILE, and he was so rude.

Very close to food, piers, sea front, arcades, take 2 mins to walk to sea front. Minutes to walk to all the attractions around, staff friendly and help with every little matter
