Very central to everything,we had a great view out of our window of the Blackpool tower lit up , although the Atlantis is very tired in decor it was spotless ,very comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good ,the chef was very friendly,very good value ,the communication was brilliant via messaging up to our stay ,a big thank to you to all the staff ,we will be back ,Julie and Jon parratt ,

Not enough plugs, bathroom needed sealant replacing - was black in places, room could do with a lick of paint, but overall it was clean, tidy, lovely comfy beds, towels Inc and hair/body wash.

Lovely, friendly hosts, very welcoming, tea/coffee tray had a good selection, door locks were great as didn't have to worry about keys, breakfast was very nice, good selection.

Hairdryer should be available in room rather having to ask staff for one. To be equipped with glasses , teaspoons, and handsoap, etc..

Happy with my recent stay , I was originally unsure about this accommodation as I read bad reviews but took a chance & it was much better than I had expected. Reception staff jess gave me plenty of information via text of details of my stay and for added security was coded lock which was good . Large room for 2 guests , basic room & facilities . Staff welcoming , helpful especially vicky , Jo and Rachel the housekeeper on duty . Thanks for making stay pleasant.

I reported the toilet not flushing on our arrival I was told it would get fixed,then next day reported it again it still wasn't flushing when we left ,we used the toilet down two flights of stairs,or McDonald's which wasn't Idea as my hubby and I are both in are 60s X

shower in 1 room didnt work and the shower in the other bathroom was a nightmare to keep on a certain heat, could hear alot of noise of other rooms and also alot of people were drunk outside the hotel, even heard an argument going off outside with one that sounded nasty

Had to wait half hour for codes to get entry, same for shower waiting for hot water, bed and room was smaller than advertisement.

Didnt like that no staff to speak too and couldnt get a drink at the bar as it only opens friday amd saturday plus on a arrival had to stay outside in rain due to a shower steam setting off the fire alarms

only problem I had was the shower was bit rusty at the bottom by the door and the room was bit dark could do with being lighted up with white walls or lighter cream. But for the price I payed I'm not complaining as I only stopped for one night.

I stopped in the duplex room thats up to a family of 4, nice little room, breakfast included I enjoyed the cooked breakfast myself. I found the double bed really comfortable. The two singles were ok. Room was clean.

No bathroom door handle in room 4 so had to use a little force to close and open. No shower gel and towel on arrival so had to ask for them.

Convenient location, a walk from the beach. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety.

The rooms are a little out-dated but they are perfect in terms of what is included. Our room had a leak from the radiator which seeped into the carpet which left a small but Manageable damp smell. Also one of the 2 showers was out of order however this was the family room which had 2 bathrooms so at least we had a shower to use. the room was clean and the mattresses comfortable. tea coffee kettle etc all included. for the price i really couldn't fault it other than the room issues.

Great location and convenient for the price, the dining room was very clean and the breakfast was very good in deed with many options to choose from. i would certainly book here again. right in the heart of Blackpool.
