nothing, everything was perfect for us!

we arrived early but our room was ready for us. the room was lovely and big for the 4 of us and very clean. parking was perfect at £5 per night. we were asked what we wanted for breakfast when we checked in so this was ready for us the next day - very good sleep and would stay here again

The location was perfect easy to find and very quiet for sleeping at night. The room was comfortable and spotless.The breakfast was great.But it is the staff that make the place they are outstanding and can't do enough for you.There is also free parking which is a areal bargain.

Walls are thin and we could hear a couples argument next door but is no fault of the hotels!

Everything was amazing, staff were exceptional, breakfast was excellent (best poached eggs ever). The bed was very comfortable with a spacious room. The hotel was very clean and well situated. We informed the hostess it was our wedding anniversary and we're even given a free drink from the bar.

Parking was not great. However, they could let you park behind a gate if you did not require your car, which we didn't need so was ok, but wouldn't be ideal for others.

Breakfast was all freshly cooked, exactly what we had ordered the night before. Staff went above and beyond ! Even found out it was mu birthday whilst we were there and gave a free drink for me.

Couldn’t find anywhere to park at first but on speaking with the hotel found out we could park on the private land belonging to the heritage tram place for a small donation, so all good then

Everywhere I saw there appeared to be new furniture and furnishings and all areas had been updated. Everywhere was clean and well presented, outside and inside. All needs could be met. (even a smoking area if required) The average sized room was 1st class, toilet/shower again appeared to be newly done, provisions readily available, even a chair and matching stool! The staff were very pleasant and obliging. A large variety of cereals readily available, cooked breakfast was well presented and additional supplies of the cooked food items were offered. There was an acceptable time waiting for the food to be cooked and served fresh. All in all we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place. Because the price of the booking was low we didn't expect such a high standard of room and food. We were pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much for offering the good experience. A "pat on the back" for all the hard work that must have taken place to bring the hotel up to such a high standard.

Having to leave car keys with the hotel in case they had to move cars off the driveway . Misted up windows in my room and in the lounge

Quiet hotel between Central and South piers in a side street . Staff were friendly , room was spacious with comfortable bed , large wardrobe and ensuite shower and toilet. Breakfast was excellent, hot food cooked to order and extra available if wanted, selection of cereals and fruit juice in the large breakfast room. Free car parking is available on the driveway with room for about four or five cars . Location was good with bus and tram stops five minutes walk away from hotel. I went just as the season started in Blackpool so the hotel didn't have many guests. I would recommend this hotel .
