We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom servicing appeared to be a little hurried. For example, there weren’t enough towels for the number of occupants (2) . I suspect that it was due to staff shortages, which, I realise, can’t be helped. All of the available staff were friendly and helpful.

United Kingdomonly thing that did let it down was the lack of a breakfast, had a choice of cereals or toast with coffee or tea although it was sold as a continental type breakfast, that normally means meats and cheeses with yoghurt and fruit
Room was good for single person, bed was a bit hard but you cannot cater for everyone, did not disturb sleep. Evening meal was very nice and the lads behind the bar were friendly,

Guy on the desk was friendly, so a nice welcome. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet. Shower was wonderfully powerful!

An excellent boutique hotel,a warm welcome at reception by a very friendly member of staff! The room was very modern and exceptionally clean with a well equipped en suite.

United KingdomNothing major at all. Shower curtain could have done with being bigger however the shower was brilliant! The bedside lamp didn't work however again wasn't a huge issue as there were light switches next to the bed.
Basic but very clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really only stayed in the hotel less than 12 hours. But everything was good. Plenty plugs for charging various kit.
