The choices of the breakfast selection could have been better. The yogurt could have more varieties.

Fantastic welcoming staff as always, nothing is to much trouble for the staff, the personal touches are lovely, Rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable , breakfast is amazing! Our 3rd stay since October and we will definitely be back again.

The bedroom windows can’t be opened. Wouldn’t stop us going back though

We loved the design , everything was so stylish with the cool aviator theme throughout. The location was great , overlooking the airfield and seeing the planes taking off and landing. The food was wonderful, and the cocktails were amazing. We saw some afternoon teas which looked wonderful (now we want to go back and try them) . The room and the bed were comfortable , the shower was fabulous. The staff were perfect though, friendly, professional and attentive without being intrusive. Definitely recommend!

Honestly nothing to fault really.

Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Late night room service delivered exceptionally and personal request for my wife and I that was honored. The view over the runway is amazing. Thanks for a lovely stay

Concierge very helpful, parking in advance of check-in most welcome. Bags taken to room, thank you! Warm welcome in the lobby and very polite staff at check in. Lots of choice at breakfast, spacious restaurant to eat in with views of the airstrip. (Nice to see an additional cooked on demand menu). Staff were exceptionally professional and paid attention to guests.

A very comfortable and clean hotel with super helpful staff. I had a meal in the diner downstairs and also in the bar. Both were excellent. The gym is also small but well equipped.

What makes the Aviator different from many other hotels is the excellent quality of service from all the staff. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. It makes us feel valued as individuals not just as customers.

The location was ideal for the exhibition centre, the hotel was beautiful, the view over the aerodrome was a bonus and the breakfast was extensive and tasted lovely.

I think they forgot to bring my soy milk :( also the blinds were quite dusty and cutlery in the bar looked a bit unclean but nothing major and overall the entire hotel was quite clean. However I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and quite small but apart from that I have no major complaints.

Impressive building, nicely decorated and the room has everything you need for a short stay although maybe a bit cluttered with lots of seating. Complimentary water and refreshments in the room was a nice touch. I travelled for my birthday and I think they may have secretly upgraded my room, which I was really grateful for - so much so I extended my trip. The staff in the restaurant and bar are super helpful and knowledgeable. Calling down to reception was a pleasant experience and they are super accommodating. Afternoon tea was particularly impressive with lots of different types of tea and the waitress seemed a tea expert! There is lots of parking space available. Large shower and bathtub with a tv in the bathroom. I got to watch planes land and depart from the window.

We thought there was a spa however it was just treatments being preformed in one of the rooms which was a little disappointing.

Fantastic location if you’re a plane enthusiast and enjoy exceptional food. Staff were so accommodating and made our experience that much more enjoyable.
