Quiet, really comfy bed, lovely large powerful shower, comfy sofa, decent tv, fresh milk & water in fridge, all other amenities provided, really nice decor, lovely friendly helpful host. Will definitely stay again if back in the area 😊

A nice welcome all the makings for afternoon tea. 😀 good quality furnishings and crockery etc. Everything in place for a much needed relaxing break. Megan gave us time to settle in before she came to see if we had everything we needed. A wonderful stay

It's not the easiest to find as it's an apartment at the back of the owners house and isn't signposted or marked in any way . The bathroom could do with a blind at the window ideally but overall I was very happy with my stay.

Lovely annex, very clean and comfortable. Good location for visiting Hunstanton, Snettisham and Sandringham. Quiet road , very peaceful.

Avocet Lodge was very comfortable for a two night stay. We liked being self-catering and the kitchenette was more than adequate to prepare simple meals in the evening. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The scones and cream on arrival were a nice welcome. Our host was very helpful, communicated well and sent out very helpful directions and check-in instructions.

It was extremely comfortable and the cleanliness was immaculate. Very friendly and pleasant owners. Very very quiet. Just lovely to be in. Within a reasonable distance to the north Norfolk coast. Cannot fault anything about it.
