Not as soundproof as we thought it was going to be as first 2 night had thud of music till late and then rest of week you can hear the kids running round upstairs. View of car park from balcony. No welcome pack. No pillow case protectors on the beds. Paintwork is a bit tired as cracked and peeled off in places and loose socket in lounge. Didn't like that it had no child proof latch on the entrance door to the apartment.

Located close to fistral beach. Open and spacious accommodation. Close to local amenities. Safe and secure parking. Great kitchen with plenty of utensils and cleaning supplies etc

Dish washer was full of dirty stuff. Needs a new hdmi cable for the sky (had to swap it with ps4) Screw fell out of kitchen island seat. Bath plughole seems to be broken, doesn't stay up. Cooking oil/salt/pepper would be nice.

Being a travel agent of 30 years, the photos with the balcony at the front of the building is misleading the customer. The balcony was overlooking the car park. The parking space was a bit tight for a 4x4 but was fab to have on site parking. Kitchen could do with a quick paint job near the bin and stools, but the whole place really was fab!

Beautiful apartment, fab location…very much a home from home. We slept really well and will recommend and will be back!

Great location, very clean, lots of towels and little extras like tea, coffee, sugar etc. Underfloor heating was very warm ( too warm at night)

Nothing major. Heated towel rail and extractor wasn't working during our stay ( reported to host ) Wifi was no signal/weak signal so had to rely on phone service. Nearly missed an email message the day before departure (via booking.com) about cleaning up and puting bins out. I would have preferred this and other helpful information on arrival in a folder at the apartment as I couldn't always get online to use the messaging system and it was tedious to do on my phone.

Clean, bright, spacious, modern apartment with nice decor and furnishings. Underfloor heating throughout. Large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 is double with ensuite. Excellent location for Fistral beach , Harbour and short stroll into the town centre. Secure, underground parking & lift. The Oceanside Hotel ( next door ) has a comfortable bar/restaurant and outdoor terrace with sea views. Talking of sea views...there IS a tiny bit of sea view over to the left :) The apartment faces a private section of the Danes Road Carpark, reserved for The Oceanside Hotel guests only , it was empty for most of our visit ( End of Nov ) Just a short walk beyond the car park and you are on the cliffs looking across to Watergate Bay and Newquay beaches to the right and Little Fistral to the left.

Ensuite shower water didn't drain, so flooded quickly. Only one set of toiletries for 2 bathrooms. No spare toilet paper. No washing powder for the washing machine which is a nuisance for international travellers.

Bright, comfortable, spacious, conveniently located unit. Well appointed kitchen. Nice outlook.

The parking space was a bit difficult to get into and the sea view we were expecting from booking pics was obstructed by a gavel road and bank:( so a little disappointing as it just wasn’t what I was expecting. It wouldn’t stop me going back as flat was beautiful and so well located, but as I wasn’t aware in advance that we didn’t have a good view of beach I was a little disappointed when we first arrived. But beach is 5 mins walk in any direction so definitely worth it and very beautiful.

Accommodation was clean airy modern and well equipped. The bathrooms were lovely too and as a whole it was very spacious. Amiee was very helpful getting us in early and answered all questions quickly.

One of the single beds had broken slats and one of the patio door locks didn't work so we couldn't use it.

Excellent location, great bathrooms and good kitchen facilities with lots of things provided eg dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. Secure parking.

the underground parking was a nightmare if you have anything larger than a mini or fiat 500 and the apartment is north facing, so no sun on the balcony

this property was amazing, everything you needed was there,, it was warm, thermostats in every room, comfy bed, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher.

We'd kind of assumed Apartment 7 was sea facing as per the picture but it is north facing, overlooking a carpark. Maybe that was mentioned somewhere but we overlooked it if so. Telly is basically Freeview (not an issue but there's no other box to mention that!) But you can log into Netflix. Carpark space would be tight for a large car.

Sleek, modern, clean and tidy. Everything you need in the kitchen and, there's a washing machine. Don't know how the heating works but it was amazing!! ( Given we stayed in late October). On site parking is a bonus. Loads of pubs and restaurants within walking distance

No hand towels for anyone, no spare toilet roll, and no toiletries or soap in ensuite bathroom. Mattresses need updating as old and thin. The carpark is to small for a medium to large car ... especially if other carpark spaces are taken as there is no room to manoeuvre. The photos on the booking website are misleading showing the south facing front of building with golf course and sea views, but the apartment is at the rear with no sea view (apart from a tiny gap). Some mould in bathroom.

Underground car parking space was pretty tight for an SUV (but great to have free parking).

Excellent location - walking distance to the beach. Apartment was amazing and beds very comfortable. Shower room downstairs was really useful coming back from the beach.
