It needed to have a larger fence up on the outside of property to make it a little bit more secluded from seeing roadside.

Lovely spacious property with a great view and lots of peace and quiet. Comfortable furnishings and quality facilities. Excellent location, within easy reach of the North Norfolk coast and also Norwich city to the south. Delightful friendly hosts. Very good value, highly recommend.

The accommodation was perfectly suited to our needs, it had everything we needed and wanted for our stay and was extremely clean and well maintained. The milk and little breakfast items provided were a very thoughtful addition. My son felt so comfortable as it was very cosy and homely. I would definitely return and stay for longer

Unfortunately weather was poor and possibly this affected the tv/internet signal.

Peaceful idyll. Modern, clean and yet cosy. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cereals and preserves were left for our visit, a lovely touch. Thank you. Owners were great keeping us informed via text, we didn't need to contact them during our stay, but they let us know to do so, should we need anything.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property itself, I would say that for anybody staying anywhere in this area it was quite difficult for us to get taxis anywhere, fortunately the hosts had given us a local taxi number and there was business card inside the property which helped us massively!

Absolutely spotless and clean! I also loved how it was fully equipped with utensils and amenities for cooking, lovely and quiet so a great nights sleep! great value for money!

For us the bed was a bit too soft. Everything else was just lovely.

The apartment was immaculate, everything you needed at a good price. The owner met us and was extremely welcoming. Lovely terrace to sit out and have coffee.

Great value for money. Really nice living room / kitchen area one side with a comfy en-suite bedroom at the back. Lovely peaceful location with lots of wildlife.
