The only downfall was the lack of hot water, with only five tents to service an upgrade needs to be explored to provide hot water. There is a need for a freezer on site to re-freeze cool blocks to allow those staying longer then 2 days to refresh their cool boxes. Maybe access to mobile WiFi router would also be great.

The location was great for exploring the area, the tents are well spaced out so you don't disturb other guests. The in tent facilities we excellent and of great quality, the bed was very comfy, they have thought of everything to me your needs.

Nothing we didn’t like! Few minor additions could enhance further such as offering breakfast packs to buy from the superb local butcher we found, milk etc.

Beautiful location and a short 15 min walk into lovely Banbrugh! The tent was just wonderful with everything you need provided for a comfortable stay. Just bring food to cook or barbecue. Double bed with quality bed linen. Loved the wood burning stove, which kept us cosy as it started to cool in the evening. Tranquil, calming and peaceful environment in a stunning location. Loved every minute of out stay in tent 5.

So peaceful, beautiful area and now after staying in the pod do not want to go ‘normal’ tenting again 😀 Horse box shower/ toilet facilities fantastic, clean, lovely toiletries and always had hot water. Absolutely loved staying here. Would recommend whole heartedly.

Hot water didn’t really work in the showers that’s the only downside. We were thinking it might be handy to have a gate as part of the fencing around the tent. Some dogs from the next tent on ran into our outdoor bit when we were having a bbq and ate food so a gate may have helped with that. The fencing blocks your views a bit when sat outside but not the end of the world :)

Gorgeous tent, it had everything we needed! We packed as though we were camping but it was all provided so we didn’t need it :) even a charged power bank was provided. Bed is really comfy. The burner was great on a night when it got cold. Toilets we really clean and modern. Nice soap, shower gel and shampoos. We really enjoyed our stay, so close to the beach and castle in Bamburgh. Thanks :)

It's a fairly isolated spot, which makes it lovely and quiet, but difficult to get anywhere without a car. It's about a 20-minute walk into Bamburgh along a fairly busy country lane. Not a problem for us, but something to bear in mind.

Lovely, picturesque, and very quiet location. Loved how there were only four neighbouring tents which kept it so quiet and peaceful. The tents were cosy and well equipped, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious.
