The bathroom didn't match the excellence of the room, seemed very basic. I would have been better to have a walk in shower for those of us who struggle getting into a tub, as lovely as it was. Loads of stairs to the room

Exceptional property, perfect for town. Daniel was extremely helpful, cheerful and full of facts. The room (Cresswell) was immaculate and enormous, loved it.

No parking. Public parking nearby but expensive and confusing. Menu looked great in the restaurant but too expensive for us.

Lovely historic building, great location by the quay and short walk to the High Street. Large comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, quality and quantity!

The room was comfortable and well appointed with a very soft bed, but was very small. Not a lot of room to put cases/bags, and no room to walk around the bed if someone sitting at the dressing table. Long stay parking is around 1/4 mile away at the other end of the quay, otherwise expect to pay quite a bit more for using short term parking close by; some of which is 4 hours max stay.

Lovely building, very clean; staff were lovely and the location is great! Breakfast was fabulous, bar area is comfortable and there is a nice outside area of the weather is good.

Room cleaning on day 2 of our stay was a little perfunctory.

The breakfast, included in the room price, was excellent, although kippers were not available on both days. The service was excellent and friendly. Our room had fine views over the river and the town. The cooking and presentation of the dishes for dinner were really excellent. At a guess (because we didn't try any others since the guides don't mention any other foodie hotspots in King's Lynn) this is the best restaurant in town. The hotel (and town) are full of history.

Black out blinds in Custom House room would have been great as there were big windows and very light early in the morning.

There’s nothing not to like. Could just do with a bit of maintenance as it’s looking quite sad and tired

I love the Bank House and stayed many times before. A great location for the town. Met friends and family and went to a show at the Corn Exchange. Little has changed over the years but the staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Great breakfast too

No issues whatsoever, would definitely return if we were in kings lynn.

Lovely spot, a very nice historic building, tastefully styled. The breakfast was delicious, great ingredients and well cooked. We stayed in custom house room, very spacious and comfortable, the bath was a lovely size for relaxing in. The parking situation is pretty easy to navigate, so it certainly shouldn't put you off.

The breakfast selection was confusing and could’ve had more veggie options, however the soup and sandwich deal is great value and was lovely

I enjoyed our room and how comfy it was, the bath and TV were a great addition to an Easter getaway.

The location is perfect, the bank house will blow your mind away, historically the place is filled with fabulous features that grips you in all its curiosity, instantly, thus comforted by the timeless buildings that surround it, exploring the pier or cutting and winding through the narrow streets is just pure tranquillity, worth every penny! The breakfast served was quite possibly the best full English fry up I have eaten in a long time. All the staff we're very helpful throughout. Wonderful.
