a constant noise and cold air coming from the ventilation even if set to low made it uncomfortable over night; the shower temperature set and impossible to be changed (never experienced that in my life, I wonder who had the idea..); pancakes at breakfast were truly horrific - buffet breakfast was very good though

The room was clean and comfortable and the tea and coffee facilities were great. The staff was great, attentive and very nice, probably the highlightvof the hotel. The location of the hotel is good and the street is quiet so no noise during evening and night.

All as described, everything was great. Team is nice and some at the bar use English tinted humor just as we deserved after too much beers we had at the Blackfriars pub at the other side of the bridge… Thank you All, we will come back… if you accept us again!

The staff was exceptional and so very helpful from the moment we arrived, especially Eduardo!! Our room was a nice size with a comfy bed, great shower, clean and modern! Location was close to everywhere we wanted to visit and walking distance to a tube station!

AC in our room had to be fixed twice during our stay, and the pipe in the shower wouldn't drain water very well, so if you took a shower that was longer than 30 seconds, you would be standing in water.

Probably the best location for exploring London. Lovely, extremely friendly staff.

The shower room need a little bit of plumbing and fixing. The shower water are accumulated and not going down the sewer due to some minor Sewage blockage. It takes few minutes for the water to go down the drain.

Rooms were very modern and well appointed. Very clean. Beds comfortable - feather free as requested. Staff warm and welcoming. Location is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Grocery, bakery and drug store right beside hotel

When searching for a hotel via booking.com i selected parking as a facility. This hotel does not have parking and it’s a 7 minute walk away.

There is nothing about this hotel that could be improved upon. Simply stunning!!

The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was gorgeous with high quality linen. Fantastic shower and the best aircon ever. Blackout blinds were superb.

One of the restaurant staff was quite mean. I ask for a coffee and ask him at the same time if the coffee is refillable . He said yes it is refillable. I drank two cup of coffee and when I ask for the bill, the waiter asked me how many cup of coffee I had drank. I said two but I try to explain if that's matter since the coffee is refillable. He said if two, I will charge you two coffee but eventually he charge me for 1 coffee. This is a very displeasing experience. I don't know what is his intention. And the waiter could have pointed out to me that there is complementary coffee right outside. This is my first day at the hotel. On the second day, when I realised that there is a complimentary coffee outside the restaurant, the same waiter was manning the counter and he seemed embarrassed to see me there. Very awkward.

The location was fantastic and ideally located. A short walk across the bridge to central London. The receptions staffs was friendly and pleasant. The complimentary coffee and tea downstairs nearby the restaurant was very nice. The side tables nearby the restaurant was very comfy.

We waited exactly until 15:00 to get a room. Our room was not ready when we come to a room. The cleaning lady had just made the third bed and we didn't feel good waiting in the room for everything to be done due small space etc. It should have been prepared in advance. In addition, the greeting card was in a different name Breakfast: I waited 30 minutes before they brought breakfast the staff apologized that the restaurant was busy. Brealfast bufet is on the basic price include drinks and coffee. They charge £5 extra for Alá carte…

Really cozy modern hotel with perfect location Love design throught the hotel Staff - One word: Wow. We feel like home, perfect services. Breakfast was amazing. Especially Alá carte menu. Fast check-out

The staff at Bankside were so lovely and made my stay amazing from the moment I set foot in the door. The hotel is stylish and central. I highly recommend to anyone travelling for work or with friends.
