It was a bit expensive for what you get. Breakfast is not anything special. Just toast and cereal.

Front desk staff was really friendly and the location was close to the metro and some nice parks.

The USB-Charging at the bed did not work, I also check with an USB lamp. Plug, adapter and my own charger worked. (I always expect problems like that, so I was prepared.). The floor board/planks should be screwed at next renovation/when carpet is lifted, each step makes a bit of noise.

All fine, I will go there again: a window which can be opened, breakfast included, garden with table, loundy, showers are fine. Bed and sheet was clean but I like to have my additional 40x40cm own pillow.

1. We would have liked to know that our room was up 4 staircases 2. the view from the kitchen on the patio could be improved by cleaning and getting rid of plastic garbage bags, this also applies to the view outside, it gives the hostel a shabby look 3. no knob aside the basin in the room to hang towels 4. no knobs to open the drawers of the cupboard 4. the USB connections in the sockets above the bed did not work

I don't blame the hostel for this, but some of the fellow roommates were not so tidy nor clean. The majority respects each other, but one is enough to make a bathroom a bit dirtier or the room a bit messier.

Very friendly staff, nice to have a breakfast included (simple, but you can always have some groceries to pimp it up) and overall good organisation. One of the best locations posible. Bed was OK, being a impermeable mat and pillow gives me the confort of higiene

I didn't like the memory foam pillow, but I'm a front sleeper, and it was a bit too hard for me. I think for a back sleeper it will be ok. Also as the bathroom is en-suite, there is a queue of 5 other people in the morning.

I stayed in a 6-bed room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was big, bright, warm, clean and airy. Power sockets and lockers with free safe in the room for every person. Included breakfast consisted of tea-coffee, toast, butter, jam and fruits, but the kitchen has any appliances to cook what you want.

Kitchen is a bit small so when everyone of course happens to eat breakfast at the same time, it can get tight. The pillow wasn't really to my taste, too hard.

Excellent location near Kensington and the tube. Not too big so not too much noise which was nice. Good bathroom.

There wasn’t want privacy curtain in the dorm room, which means that absolutely everyone could see us sleep and we were exposed to the others in the room. There was no lift for heavy luggage as well.

The bathroom in the room for 4 girls was dirty, but I arrived at night so the girls who were in the room left it. I don't know how often the bathrooms are cleaned.

Squeaky wooden floor in the dorm was a big headache when you check-in late at night after a long journey and had to move around a bit to unpack and freshen up before getting to sleep.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, late check-in was easy and straightforward. The kitchen was spacious and well-provided. Location has a big merit with easy access to/from Heathrow and central London by Tube, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well.

Beds were very hard and a little bit uncomfortable. Shower did not work properly, very low water pressure

Good location with unterground station nearby, as well as some pubs and supermarkets. Walking distance to Chelsea stadium. Nice small continental breakfast included with toast and cereals. Regarding the fact that it's a hostel, it was quite clean and calm.

The bed was small and not the best as the matters was wrapped in some sort of plastic that that made it uncomfortable while sleeping. While putting the bed sheets on, I found hair and napkins from the person who slept there before me. Also a bottle of water almost empty was at the head of the bed. I would have appreciate a bit more care when doing the cleaning.

The location was very nice, close to the metro and accessible. The shared kitchen was big enough to fit more persons in. The staff was very kind.
