Recycling of paper/cardboard rather than putting it in rubbish bag.

The setting was beautiful and the flat was warm and welcoming. With fresh baked bread hand delivered upon our arrival. The flat had all the kitchen utensils we needed and the bedroom and bathroom were of a good size for 2 people.

Slightly pricey for one night.

Food provided for breakfast was of a high quality and very nice. Lovely views and very comfortable accommodation. Alice was helpful and very pleasant. It was great for the one night.

Having to leave.

Absolutely perfect out-of-the-way spot for some R&R, the barn flat is clean, comfortable and Alice, our host, was great. Sherborne, closest town, is beautiful, found a lovely Italian restaurant for dinner and several welcoming pubs.

No shower curtain or enclosure, so even being really careful, the bathroom floor still gets rather flooded.

Alice is friendly & helpful, & quick to respond to queries. The location is amazing - such views! Well-equipped kitchen. For breakfast, a lovely loaf of home-made bread; milk, butter, mini pots of marmalade, jam & honey; ground coffee; packets of cereal & muesli/granola. Very comfortably furnished. Would definitely stay there again.

this isn’t a negative of the property, rather a general observation. As an EV driver Dorset isn’t great for charging infrastructure so it would be a definite selling point to have an EV home charging point available (at additional cost)

The duvets were a little too warm for us. A lighter summer duvet for us !

The bathtub didn't have shower curtains. It is challenging to shower without being super cautious to not make a mess. The location was north of Dorset, so it is around 1 hour drive from most of the most popular spots in Dorset (e.g. the Durdle Door). It also took us a bit of time to find the entrance at night, but the map on booking.com show exactly where it is!

Friendly owner who cares about us. Although we didnt get to see her, she messaged to check if everything was okay. The flat was perfectly clean. The owner Alice prepared breakfast (bread, milk, jam, cereal, tea, coffee...) and everything we needed in the flat. The view is also amazing! Cute and friendly dogs! The beds were really comfortable.

Nothing really, only drawback was the outside stairs were rather steep.

The location of the Barn Flat was good, beautiful views. Lovely inside, bigger that it looks in the photos, tastefully decorated. Everything you needed was there.

Wi-Fi very weak as to be unusable. Steps are quite steep up to the flat.

Electric radiators, lots of windows, great lighting, very clean, hot water, and beautiful rolling green countryside and sheep and horses right outside your windows and front door! Park next to steps to flat.

The bread, didn’t try it as was extremely heavy, we had our own, butter & jams were great cereal was muesli, granola or cornflakes none of which we like unfortunately
