Very helpful, attentive host. Excellent, quality accommodation and public areas. Superb breakfast in choice and quality. Calm, peaceful location despite being adjacent to major route. Well-placed for all major West Midlands and Warwickshire attractions and particularly convenient for NEC.

Hostess reached out and provided information prior to our stay. Property in an accessible area. The room was large, clean, and comfortable and great to have a family room as these are difficult to source.

A beautifully appointed room, all the fixtures and fittings were to a very high standard. Very comfortable. Host was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, I had the Barncroft special cheese on toast with mushrooms and a poached egg, and fresh fruit and yoghurt. Location very convenient for the NEC, also very close to a small town for evening meal.

Our double room with en-suite was absolutely lovely, plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge, added extras of squash and hot chocolate was also a super touch. Vicky was incredibly welcoming, her communication was also brilliant as she connected us with other guests who were also attending the same wedding, and we shared a taxi. We also got star treatment as we mentioned our love of dogs and we got to met her gorgeous puppy. We had the breakfast there too, which was delicious with a huge selection including fresh fruit.

It is great value for money, and in a good location. Host and facilities, excellent. As for the food, it was exceptional and a good variety to choose from. Will definitely return again, and recommend to family and friends.

The owner was so helpful, lovely lady, recommended places to eat locally. Room was perfect , big, clean , fresh milk with a lovely choice of teas and coffees and biscuits and bottles of water, even chargers for mobiles In case anyone had forgotten theirs. Lots of lovely personal finishing touches that made the stay really special. loved the pictures in the rooms Breakfast was a good choice and delicious. Everything. There was ample parking, enough for all the guests. The room and bathroom were large and exceptionally clean with lovely views of the garden. Our first impression when we entered was "what a beautiful room". There was everything we needed in there such as a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities and being a twin bedroom, two large beds. The TV was large and the internet connection was very good. Going on to the breakfast, we both had a full English which was cooked to perfection - so much so that we both agreed, having stayed at many B&B's over the years, it was one of the best we had ever had. We ate in a large well decorated dining room with plenty of space for individual guests. Victoria, our host was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for her and she was a very pleasant person to chat with.

I would say it’s positioning off a dual carriageway. However, that quickly ebbs away into the night and is barely noticeable

Room was too hot, but we should have turned the radiator down! Location on a dual carriageway. A sign on exit would be a useful reminder.

Absolutely nothing.

What a lovely little B&B. I found this online by chance, and i can say i was totally delighted. Vicky is a lovely lady and the perfect hostess. The facilities were very good, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was cooked to perfection by Vicky, who always had a cheery disposition and was happy to chat and give advice on the area when asked. The room had a welcome book that gave you so much information, really informative, I've not seen that level of commitment to patrons in a while.
