It said it was a 10 min walk from the station, I disagree, I took a taxi and this took able 10 mins. I'm glad I did not try to walk it in the dark not knowing where I was going.

There was no breakfast and no offer of one, This would have been good even if a takeaway one.

very convenient for gatwick airport. We were running late due to road issues and the guy who answered the phone was really brilliant in helping us make sure we could get into the property. WhatsApp'd us the details, then phoned back to make sure we got the information. Room was very comfortable, with tea/coffee etc.

As usual never enough tea, milk and coffee facilities but nowhere to get any refills. Reception closed at 10pm. My room was surprisingly big but for a tall person the bathroom had sloped ceilings and going to the loo and having a shower meant leaning over alot.

I used to live in Crawley so I knew of this hotel. Tucked away behind a cul de sac looks very Tudor like. The rooms were ample big enough, warm and cosy. Hotel receptionist friendly got keys straight away. Overall room was comfy just what we needed. No breakfast or food facilities but that didn't bother us.

Friendly reception booked us a taxi to Gatwick for a very early flight - cost 19.5 GBP. This hotel is rooms only - no other facilities. There is a pub 5 minutes walk where you can get food from a food truck parked outside. Food was basic and good value. Beds comfortable and bathroom good. Fine for an overnight stay.

The bed was not accessible by both sides as it was virtually against the wall. The bathroom was OK but the window blind was sitting on top of the radiator. The drinking glass in the bathroom was dirty. There was no bath mat on the floor nor anti slip mat inside the bath. I had trouble getting in and out of the bath to take a shower. Also, there was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor.

Good size room, seating area was comfortable. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Friendly, helpful staff.

There was no food available which meant we had a long walk into town to breakfast. Our shower could not be used as drains were blocked. Awkward access to get into the hotel

It's about a mile from the town centre so a bit of a walk - or there is a bus every 40 minutes that stops quite close. But they can't really be expected to move the building, so nothing to complain about. Anyway, this is probably why the prices are so good!

This place was very cheap so my expectations were low, but actually it's a very good hotel. The room was small but that was fine for me as I don't need much space and there was everything there, They gave me a single bed which is what was advertised and it was comfortable. the shower worked well. The television was a reasonable size and worked well. The room was clean. There's a very good pub just around the corner.
