No parking facility, however not unusual for city centre accommodation. They offer 20%discount at local Q Parking; but do some goggling and you will find cheaper parking facilities nearby. Village parkin-Parking Bee is around the corner at a fraction of the cost.

Location is superb, concert street on your doorstep. Minutes from all the shops and spoilt for choice with restaurants/bars. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Lobby/bar tasteful, as is the whole building and interior. An industrial, exposed brick vibe. Very clean and safe with key card access 24hrs. Room, spacious and plenty amenities. Hidden kitchenette with Tassimo machine. Plenty dimmer lighting and plugs. Large comfortable bed and no noise heard albeit near bars. Great value for money, luxury on a budget.

Clean, kitchenette was handy (fridge, kettle, plates, knives, forks, spoons etc). We were able to have a quick breakfast in the room by buying food at Tesco nearby. Saved a fortune!

The room rate wasn't really comparable to other rooms locally, but it was a lateish booking and during the school holidays. Also, not a major thing, but we did find the toilet paper quite rough and nipped to the local Tesco to get something softer

I loved the security, you needed a pass to get into the hotel and again to use the lifts. Therefore you knew anyone you encountered was meant to be there

There isn’t anything I disliked

I love the location of the hotel. 5 min walk from the Q Park and right at the back of Concert Square, so perfect location for a night out. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Myself and my partner have stayed here a few times now and have been really welcoming each time, even recognising us from previous stays.

I sometimes like to open a window and that wasn't possible, but there is a good air-conditioning system.

We especially liked the quality of the furnishings and bedding etc.; we found it very tasteful and stylish. We also liked the personal welcome note and drinks. The hotel is situated in a lively area, with plenty of restaurants, shops and museums nearby.

The rooms was very spacious and bright. The staff were very warm and welcoming and whilst sorting paperwork out they were very chatty which made the hotel even more welcoming. You also couldn’t hear the night life which was also great

Im really sorry i cannot fill this area with a comment as there was nothing i disliked.

The whole place including the staff were excellent. The room was small but suites our needs and the option to ping our own food in the microwave should we need it was a great touch.

Found it a little strange there was no area for maybe breakfast in the mornings in the hotel or a small bar to have a few before heading out at the evening. But with loads in the surrounding area for food and drink this is only a small issue.

Central to everything. Just behind concert square which can be noisy at best, but didn’t hear a thing in the hotel room. Plenty of places to eat and drink in which are a stones throw away from the hotel.
