The Annexe is tucked away on a quiet road so nice and quiet at night, The room is not large but has everything you might want and the continental breakfast is superb. The separate shower room is spacious, the shower excellent and all the accessories are provided. Carol and Roger are really friendly and we always enjoy our chats as we have now been a number of times.

Fairly small room for three people. Breakfast was just stuff in fridge and no table available to eat on it. No cooked English breakfast.

I expected a hotel room but found out it is a bed and breakfast in a private house. All was good with the room and very friendly staff. Just expected something else. However we got good contact and got good advises for restaurants and thins to see nearby.

We have stayed here several times. Carol has always been very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent and the accommodation provides everything you need. Will stay again and would recommend.

My partner and I wanted a little get away we found this place and glad we did so , The room was beautiful clean and practical nice decor, breakfast was supplied with a nice range of breakfast items and beverages to hand . The host and her husband were friendly and nothing was to much for them .had lots of chats made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend by us . Thank you ally and jim .

It's great as it is, so no dislikes for us.

This was a great bed and breakfast stay. The accomodation was excellant and everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast (continental) was good. It would be lovely to stay there in better weather times as the garden is lovely. We have relatives in Basingstoke, so on our next visit we will stay there again if it is available.

Carol and Roger gave us warm and friendly welcome. The room was ideal for us and we could relax in comfort. Breakfast was generous and very enjoyable. We found the bed to be very comfortable and we had good night's rest. We would love to return and will do so on our next visit to Basingstoke.

The fridge and kettle were quite unnerving with the odd noises they made when not being used in the dead of night. But those were very minor things, would definitely come back again!

Directions were very easy to follow. The room and bathroom were lovely, quiet, nicely decorated and clean. Carol and Roger were very accommodating and and almost stumbled over eachother, eager to let us in and show us around! The breakfast was nicely organised and a good selection, and was really lovely of Carol to top up. The local information neatly and clearly displayed, though didn't take away from the relaxing decoration. Everything about the room was very clean and pristine. The bed was super comfy as well. Was a nice idea to have a door hanger to signal when away. Felt nice and secluded, even being in the back garden.
