The venue is reasonably close to Bath Spa train station (a 10-minute walk). The cafeteria facilities were very convenient (microwave oven, toaster, kitchenware).

I would prefer a lift and I didn’t like the smell of the bathroom cleaning, but it was clean! The price reflected the no lift situation.

Excellent location in Bath centre. Also, surprisingly quiet and with a twin room to myself I had loads of space. Those two things at the price charged was very good value.

The beds were three-tiered, so very less space. Couldn't sit on the beds. Everything was very clean, rooms and bathrooms.

The breakfast was very average However, cannot complain too much as it was complimentary.

The first night of my stay, the room was really cold due partially to the single glazing window and being partially open. Lack of city view which was advertised on the site, I was staying in Dormitory 1. There is no parking on site, although there is parking available close by in Broad Street Car Park

Beautiful history building, clean and convenient located in the centre of Bath. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Very good price range for my stay. I was very well informed before coming, of all the conditions after my booking, like where to park. Gorgeous and friendly cat welcoming you in the morning.

Just good value for money for a one night flying visit. Did not need to spend much time in the room so it fine for what we needed. The staff were also really nice and helpful.

Not much vibe, bunches of school kids on the regular (I mean it is a YMCA so to be expected). So it’s perfectly functional, even with if the kitchen is basic, but just no particularly nice energy like some hostels. Also there is isn’t free tea and coffee available quite often.

Big and spacious for such a central location. Not far from city centre. Outside area. TV room gets good sunlight in the day making it quite a nice admin spot (if people aren’t watching TV…). Comfy beds. Everything pretty clean.

Toilet cleanliness. I don't understand how people forget to flush after taking a dump. It's not cleaned on a daily basis.

I was surprised that on one hand were for free during weekend and on the other hand you had to pay for baggage storage after check out of 2 pounds and towel for 2,5 pounds. In comparison with Bristol hostel - left baggage was free of charge and towel only 1 pound and Bristol is much bigger city than Bath.

I like the hostel - all space there in common areas. There was a surprise during weekend - provided breakfast for free. There was a nice guy at reception and also nice girl.

Heater in the room was not working. Receptionist was kind enough to arrange portable one for us .
