Downstairs the dust was a bit thick, especially around tv and behind the sofa. Upstairs toilet didn't look clean. After cleaning the bath, we tried to give a bath to our baby, but the hot water on either taps in the bathroom was a shade of yellowish orange, so we couldn't. Cold water seemd ok.

The maisonette looked good and had everything someone needs for a self-catering stay. The sofa was clean and upstairs the beds were ok, linen was crisp, towels were clean. Good size smart tv downstairs too. Also, we travelled with a baby and the travel cot provided and the high chair were suitable and clean too.

Not ideal to accommodate 2 separate families ie 4 adults 2 children as someone had to sleep on sofa bed which was very uncomfortable.

Could have done with a little bit more attention to detail with the housekeeping as we found some ‘leftovers’ from the last guests when we arrived which we disposed of ourselves.

Essentially a two bedroom house with nice spacious bedrooms and a good size open plan kitchen/living area. I can’t imagine finding anything better value for money in the area. Well equipped (having a washing machine was a massive bonus for us!) and the location was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend. Customer service and communication was also very good leading up to our stay.

The property wasn't entirely clean when we arrived - the fridge needed to be wiped internally and their were socks in one of the bedroom drawers along with some good under the bed in the twin room. The property was quite warm and the heaters were difficult to control. We ended up switching them off. Would have been nice to have a bigger bed in the double room.

The double bed was on the small side, as was the TV in the bedroom. There were maintenance issues that need to be addressed, which have been communicated to the management team.

The property was spacious for two of us and was clean and smart. The facilities were excellent. I particularly appreciated the off street parking space.

Toiletries weren’t provided. Basic necessity like body wash or shampoo was needed. Expected some sachets or a small box of tea coffee and sugar.

Well organised, easy to find and well located for the Padstow area and accessible to other parts of Cornwall. The property was nicely furnished, with a high standard of fixtures and fittings, comfortable beds, storage space and a private parking space. Very happy with our stay.

A bit out of town Little mobile coverage. WiFi is supplied but it is uselessly slow - less than .5mbs download less upload- barely enough for texts, not good enough for Netflix.

The top two stairs felt very unstable, like they might break if you put your weight on them.

Only annoying aspect was the loo seats would close when seated ! I taped them back with Elastoplast which worked for a while!.

Good layout , comfortable beds small enclosed garden and easy access to main routes .sweet balcony off main bedroom which would,be lovely in the summer ..if overlooked ! Easy to get to all our favourite haunts .

Bed very uncomfortable and felt like you were falling off. Welcome book needs updating regarding taxis. TV in bedroom didn't work after the first day.

Possibly a little further away from amenities, shops , pub and beach. Had to use the car for all these.

The simple layout of the property was good, quiet area with all that was needed for our short stay. Will definitely look at staying there again in the future.
