If there is an extra bed then it would have been comfortable. Also If the washing machine was provided then I would have extended my stay.

The communal stairs and entrance are a bit unwelcoming.

Fantastic location. Really close to everything in Broadstairs centre, but very peaceful and quiet. It's a light and sunny flat with a nice view of the sea. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need to make a meal and the place is clean and tidy. Plenty of space to relax on the large sofas and the bed was pretty comfy too.

One tiny negative..could do with a roller blind in the kitchen to pull down at night!

Scrupulously clean, quiet area, but still very central to the beach (great view of the sea from the living room and kitchen!) and the bars and restaurants and shops. Coffee machine (gusto) is a very nice touch also!

Unfortunately, the attention to detail meant that certain faults had not been picked up by cleaners or the managing company prior to our arrival. Loose toilet seat, shower did not drain , bathroom fan was dirty and throwing out dust when turned on, and there was a bolt missing on the sofa bed which meant once opened it was almost impossible to close. All faults were reported to the agents who said they would fix them before next letting. There was no wardrobe space or drawers for clothes, so you had to live out of a suitcase. The only cupboard in the hall was full of spare chairs and bedding.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 'Bay View'. The flat was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I was looking for a quiet spot with a view to relax, have a break and catch upon some studies. I was impressed with the standard of decoration and the thoughtful attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower provided plenty of hot water. Good WIFI signal and Netflix available to use as a guest. I even found a Clanger happily living in the kitchen! Perfect - I will definitely be returning.

The view was great and the rooms light and airy with big picture windows. The kitchen was well stocked with the little thing you need and forget like washing up liquid, a few coffee pods, bin liners etc. to take the hassle out of the stay.

Location lovely sea views, very near shops, excellent cafes and restaurants, quiet residence, light airy flat, very spacious for 2 people, great bathroom, lots of towels, excellent shower, well stocked kitchen. We really liked it very comfortable - excellent living space.

For 2 people this is fine but this is NOT suitable for more than 2 guests. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

Location amazing. Gorgeous sea view. Convenient for the beach and town. The video doesn’t do the view justice as the sea is near enough to hear the waves. Beautiful decor. Well stocked kitchen with all crockery and utensils. Bathroom shower superb.

There are just two things that would improve this holiday apartment ... given that it is a more premium rate cost option ... I think a King or SuperKing bed would be more appropriate - the small 4'6" bed seemed a bit 'cheap' and it would be to have been nice to have a mirror on the dressing table - there are loads of mirrors in the apartment beautifully reflecting light about, but they are all quite high - the only one that could be used when drying my hair was the one over the mantlepiece in the sitting room (perfectly do-able but a usable bedroom mirror would be better).

Location is fabulous, the seaview is excellent and 'everything' is within easy walking distance - the prom, the beach, the bandstand, the jetty etc (all the 'holiday by the seaside' things) ... and also the 'high street' is also easy walking distance, so making self-catering quite easy (Tesco really close) if you need to get milk, bread etc etc ... better still there are lots of cafes and restaurants so you dont have to do much cooking. - Breakfast at Aqua is very good. The apartment is spacious, light and airy - fab.

The water was slow to drain in the bathroom sink and shower but that is the only negative thing I could say
