Unfortunately the double bed mattress was very uncomfortable for us, could feel the springs, so much so my husband slept on the sofa. The caravan is a little tired looking, very beige no character and no cushions on the sofas for support. Broken deck chair left on the decking. The site doesn't seem very child friendly as doesn't allow balls games so my grandson was unable to have a kick around outside as he would normally do and there are no child amenities like a playground or grassed area. The caravans also seem alot closer together on this site than other sites I have visited you can just about get a medium size car parked at the side of the caravan. Locally everything shut at 5pm which was disappointing as we were left with nothing to do outside as unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side either as it was very windy and cold (as low as 9 degrees).

Hosts were very accommodating and responded to any contacts quickly. Great location for all local attractions and beach. Only 3 miles to Skegness with a bus stop outside the site if needed. Caravan had everything you needed even a dish sponge and washing up liquid. Included salt, pepper and vinegar and tea and coffee which is great. Patio chairs and a washing line also provided. Decent size rooms with gas fire (which was used due to low temperature outside). Little site shop for anything you may have forgot with service from a very pleasant man. Club across the road plays bingo daily and a little chip shop at the side with tasty chips peas and gravy 😋.

There was nothing I was unhappy with. Everything was to a reasonable standard.

The caravan was clean if a little tired, it was clean in general but could do with a refurb. The level of amenities was as I would expect for the price point.

There was nothing we did not like other than we could not find any DVD,s so brought a couple for the DVD player.

The size of caravan. Its was clean and good amount of kitchen equipment. Great location and the owners were very informative. Overall very good.

Great location absolutely perfect as 2 mins from the beach front. Quiet location, kitchen, bathroom with shower etc cleaning products provided along with high chair and travel cot which was really useful. Balcony as well which was nice to sit outside. Clean and tidy and the park had bins onsite, it wasn’t loud and noisy but we did visit Thursday - Saturday morning however it was overall a great stay. Sarah and Andy were also very helpful and accommodating.

The van was dirty and smelly. We had to air it on arrival but the sweaty/dirty smell remained. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable. The sofas were obviously original, offered no support and again very uncomfortable. The bathroom was filthy and smelled revolting. We were unable to shower during our stay. The floor was dirty, especially around the fridge. I wiped the table in the main area and at the far end it was black. The whole van felt sticky and dirty leaving us feeling like we needed to wash our hands constantly. The caravan had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. There was no parking other than on the road (where vehicles will be in the way) or on the grass next to the van. The weather was very wet so we risked getting the car bogged. We both have back issues which were made worse by the condition of this property. Very, very disappointing.

I didn't find it comfortable to sleep and space was tight, the shower leaked constantly and the cleaner arrived quite early tapping fingers for us to leave. There were no "starter pack" cloths, small bin liners, liquid or a toilet roll etc... and the toaster can't fit bread in it.

The location was great as the bus stops are right outside the main entrance and the caravan is close to the entrance. Few minutes walk to the beach front too which was nice.

No pull out bed in living room it's more a 4 birth only has 1 double and 2 single and then the sofas in living room which are completely filthy and smell . The caravan clearly needs a deep clean

In the picture which we chose this caravan from there was a decking with two chairs just next to the beach. That wasn't the case in reality though, as this caravan is definitely not as close to the beach as it was making an impression of. The host wasn't very polite after we asked some questions regarding the number of beds in his caravan. The whole caravan would do with an update, it looked and smelled as if from the 90s...
