An added seating area inside to eat would have been ideal along with a bigger TV in the room.

The views from this accomodation were spectacular! Lovely warm welcome from Russell at reception. Hot tub was ready to go on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best I've had in a long time over looking the sea. The girls who serve breakfast were lovely.

The mirror in our bedroom was set too high on the wall and there needed to be a shelf in the bathroom. Our windown rattled (it was very windy) but we jammed it with a bit of cardboard.

Stunning views from our bedroom and dining room. Hotel was very clean and well presented and had friendly and efficient staff. Great location. There were gorgeous toiletries in the bathroom.

We think there could have been a couple more choices on the main menu.

We liked everything about Bayswell Park Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful; the room and shower room were immaculate; the breakfasts were very good with a good choice; we thought the menu for the evening meal was a little short but what we had was well cooked and delicious; the bar and lounge were welcoming.

Nothing - it was super!

The location is the most beautiful cliffside position with nothing between our room and the sea. Decor all fresh and quirky. The dinner we had was superb with the most stunning views. Staff could not be nicer or more friendly from reception to dinner to the housekeeping and maintenance guy we met on way out. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Some of the decor is a bit tired but overall the hotel is very good.

We stayed in the Suite as we were getting ready for our wedding which was being held in Dunbar. The room was perfect with two huge bay windows for natural light.

The room was located in such a way that you had to go outside in the rain to breakfast. No dinner available. Sink did not drain well. Shower door handle was broken.

Maybe a hairdryer in the room would be a good addition, although I’m sure if I’d asked, one would have been provided.

This older style hotel is very warm and welcoming, staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. My room was super clean, very comfortable and the breakfast was top notch. The standard of food served in the restaurant in the evening did not disappoint, and great to know there is plenty of choice for coeliacs too on the GF menu.

Service is excellent. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Food is wonderful and the menu changes regularly. Very well positioned in the town and the views are stunning.

My only really criticism was the window in our room. It was an old style sash window and it rattled all night because there was a wind blowing. The noise was enough to stop me from getting much sleep. The food was excellent but the dinner menu could offer a little more choice I'd say.

The hotel was very nice, the bedroom was tastefully decorated and very clean. The view was impressive amd the staff were all friendly and helpful. We took dinner in the hotel which was very nice, as was the breakfast.

Dinner was so so. Crab cakes were not great nor was the prawn cocktail. But the potato leek soup, mushroom gratin, and bread were outstanding.

No privacy. Our hot tub outdoor area was open for people walking back and forth. 3 rooms directly looking onto our patio, this also added to our privacy being failed. Bed was solid so uncomfortable.

The hot tub suite was not private nor was it enclosed. We had 3 rooms directly above us who could look right into our hot tub there was no privacy at all, if we had known this we wouldnt have booked. We stayed in room 24 which was the 1st suite so people could walk back and forth with full view of our comforts. The inside suite was beautiful, however the bed was solid and was in need of upgrading, neither myself or my husband slept at all it was that uncomfortable. Food was incredible both dinner and breakfast.
