Absolutely nothing to complain about! Stayed 3 nights.

Everything. So much thought and effort has gone into making this place incredible which is clearly evident. Individual curtains for bunk beds allows for privacy and a darkened escape from the main light. Window views were lovely. Position to town and facilities exemplary. Stayed in Annex and kitchen was modern and homely. Toilets and showers also modern, clean and well planned. General, shared areas also fabulous. This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Congratulations to the planners/designers and staff who have made this place possible and for the staff who go the extra mile.

I wish there would be body wash in the bathrooms but there is only hand soap. Everything else was great

The common area closes at 11pm so there is nowhere to sit and read or relax after that for me an owl who goes to bed at 1am or later . ,you just have to go to your room and the pub next door shuts at 10pm so either walk into town and sit in a noisy pub or go to your bed where. People may be sleeping

The beds with half enclosed wooden bit and the curtain give a cosy privacy you rarely get in hostel dormitaries .Nice location lovely view of the river from the room ,next door to a nice pub that serves food.

The staff were terrific. Lovely outdoors area (great view of Inverness, and a really good spot for watching the gulls etc wheel about). Clean and comfortable. Nice common area, nice/clean kitchen. Close to town centre, train station, cafes, shops etc.

You couldn't access the kitchen between 11pm and 6am, so in case you have any food you need between those hours, you have to remember.

Nice hostel in the centre of Inverness. Really cute hostel, homey-feeling, creates a sense of community. Very close to the centre. Great staff and nice kitchen as well.

I liked everything! The location is great, the staff is super friendly, especially very clean and they even have a little fireplace that makes the place very cosy

I would prefer pod-concept, rather than bunk beds, they are not very comfortable.

It felt more like an apartment rather than a hostel, so cosy with all the facilities provided, fully equipped kitchen: fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, milk, beautiful cutleries, plates etc. Easy check-in, great location-less than 10 minutes from the bus station. In my room we had a guitar, found some Scottish shortbreads on my bed, and curtains could cover the whole bed.

NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE!!!!

Super friendly coworkers. The style was funky and original and the fireplace : perfect! Kitchen very organised and you had excellent ideas for labeling personal things / food and you recycled and even had compost! This is very important to me. Emmanuel was a joy to chat with. The property is lovely.

I don't like to call people but one member of staff did not acknowledge me in the entire 7 days I was there luckily for me it didn't spoil my stay.

It was clean and homely and the back garden was well maintained and had a good view. The kitchen was excellent and good for making food and the location was perfect, just out of the centre but close enough. I also used the tattoo parlour that was next door (very good)

The showers both operate with a wall box water heater. This produced either ice water or boiling water, but nothing that was comfortable for more than 15 seconds in between the two extremes, so showering was rather uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was great.
