We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAn amazing hotel! Super friendly hosts who helped us with luggage, chatted with us and were so attentive. The room was lovely, very clean, spacious and had lots of natural light with large windows to let fresh air in. There were also black-out blinds which was great for a comfortable night’s sleep. The beds were so comfy, modern decor and great bathroom with an easy to use shower - lots of fresh towels too. Loved the selection of teas and coffees in the room. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Great location, only a 10-15 min walk to the North Pier. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

United KingdomWith no disrespect to the owners as not sure if the price is set by them or booking.com, but we paid £216 for two nights accommodation only, and when we arrived we saw behind reception it said double en-suite from £20-£40 per night!
The staff were very accommodating and friendly especially Mal, they even gave my daughter a birthday card which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size for a family room with en-suite.
