Hello, I was very impressed by the reception staff on my arrival, very helpful and engaging, the bar staff that evening made me feel very welcome, all facilities met my expectations, I had a wonderfull night in the room, however the bath plug requires a new gasket as it does not hold water for a bath, or perhaps a replacement rubber plug would sort that out, breakfast was lovely and the bar provided me with an out of hours coffee for the deck at the beach, my time was very much enjoyed Im sure I will return again soon, Kind regards Mark

Room quite small for 2 people + bags

Staff excellent , friendly and helpful . Room a little tight for 2 people and very steep stairs to navigate with a suitcase as no lift. Pool super and a real bonus , location makes this place !

The breakfast could have been served a little earlier, We where off to Goodwood and we where told in no uncertain manner that we couldn't go into the dining room any sooner than 8 am.

Lots of narrow stairs to climb as our room was at the top of the building. Best request ground floor if you're over 60. However it's good exercise. Easy walking on the esplanade.

The only issue we could find was that the bath/shower was set a very high level and we found it difficult get in and out. Also the glass shower screen leaked as the seal did not fit against the bath correctly.

We had evening meal and breakfast in the hotel both of with were very good quality and arrived freshly cooked and hot. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful and we would certainly stay again particularly as the hotel is dog friendly and we can bring our two dogs.

I liked everything about our stay

Amazing location, clean and welcoming. In particular the restaurant staff went above and beyond and were so careful and reassuring with regard to my food allergies. Staff were truly exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

If I had to comment on something I didn't like I would say it was a little inconvenient to have to take our luggage up the stairs. It would have been nice if they had a lift That is just me being very picky, the staff were nice enough to offer to help take our luggage up.

The Beachcroft Hotel is located in a nice location literally across from the beach. It was nice to wake up to a beautiful sea view and beautiful sea breeze. It was nice that we had a beautiful balcony where we could sit and eat our breakfast. Additionally, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. As someone who has a strong faith in God it was a really nice surprise to see a bible in the bedside drawer. I have stayed in plenty of hotels but I have never seen this before. Really nice touch- I was able to read a couple of chapters when I woke up. It is a great family hotel- I went with my daughter who is 10 and even though it was only a one night stay she loved it! She enjoyed the indoor pool the most and said she enjoyed the Beachcroft pool better than the Butlins pool (we had been staying at Butlins the day before). You are given a slot time for the pool where you are able to have it to yourself for about half hour. We used it twice and on both occasions we were able to use it for up to an hour. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that plans to stay in Bogner Regis away from the hustle and bustle. Location great, staff great, room very comfortable!

As mentioned above the room was a little dated but it didn't effect my stay, it has four star rating but I wouldn't say that the rooms reflected that maybe 3.5. I also felt that the food and drink was a little bit expensive if I am honest

The location and outside seating with beach bar is excellent. The food & breakfast was very nice. The room was good perhaps a little dated but still enjoyed my stay and we will definitely book this again. I also loved the view of the beach and sea from my hotel room.

Lovely location with gorgeous views. Delicious breakfast and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

The stairs - my mum can walk stairs fine but the railings didn't go up far enough when going round the bend (she was in room 64), making the stairs quite dangerous for anyone who needs railings, especially as the stairs are so narrow and steep. This should be made clearer or fixed. I had to escort her to her room every time. The pillows were not great, should be fluffier and with better filling. Restaurant was good but should offer some healthier options (salads / soups) and smaller options, it's hard to eat 3 huge meals every day so we had to go elsewhere. Beach bar sandwiches were delicious but far too large!
