Really nice accommodation close to the beach and most of facilities ,very clean,everything you need for à family break .thanks to the host he was very supportive and informative. Very happy to go there again.

It is a lot of space and comfort at Luxury Beachfront. Although the facility is a little pricy,you will never run out of space in there. Ideal for large families and groups of friends.

The kitchen sink was clogged when we first used it. The toilet sink as well was clogged but the water is draining slowly. I think there is a problem with the water drainage system that needs to be fix by a plumber. The things in the kitchen are not enough as well like there is no casserole, all of it are frying pan. The owner was so helpful he came the next day and tried to fix the kitchen sink but he cannot be able to do it. He was very nice and he apologised for any inconvenience.

The property is very spacious, very big, the location is very convenient, near to the beach and shopping centre with own space parking.

we didn’t find the beds in 2 of the bedrooms very comfortable especially the twin room. The toilet in the main bathroom blocked after 1 day despite assurance from the owners that this issue had been rectified. Also the boiler stopped working on day 3 so there was no hot water but the owners came to fix this as soon as they were contacted.

Very spacious property. excellent location right next to the beach and extremely close to the pier and main attractions. Very clear instructions and easy to access. well equipped. Very responsive owners who came to attend to any issues very quickly.

The only issue noted was that the toilets block very easily with only normal usage.

This was a really lovely, modern apartment. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our few days there. The location is fantastic with pubs and restaurants on the same street. And it is only a short walk to the beach and the town centre. The hosts were extremely helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage after check out ,until we were travelling to the airport. Communication from the hosts was very good. Overall would recommend this excellent apartment.

More attention to cleanliness in the bathrooms.

Location is excellent, close to restaurants and bars a supermarket, very close to the beach the bedrooms are quite large 2 double and a twin two bedroom are ensuite and then a family bathroom.

plumbing needs a renovation. If two people are in two showers at the same time, one of them goes cold, for example. And all the toilets are easily clogged.

The property was a perfect location- very near all amenities, the beach, and is easy to locate when driving. It also has ample space for a group of people and children.

Heating wasn't working in the morning and as it is a combi boiler, there was no hot water available for baths or showers. Door handle on one of the bedrooms was hanging off - clearly it had been fixed and broken before. Beds not very comfortable. Sound-proofing to flat next door was not good, but we were only briefly disturbed.

Good location, with excellent Chinese restaurant nearby. Spacious, considering cost. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped. WiFi was fine.

Amazing place to stay with friends and family. Really love & enjoy the location with walking distance a few minutes to the beach & pier; 10 minutes to town centre and ferris wheel. Just next to Marriott hotel & lots of restaurants nearby. Enjoy Tiien Thai food at Marriott hotel & all day breakfast / pub opposite. Too many to explore around us with a short stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need...wine glasses, beer mugs and full range of kitchen amenities makes you home feeling. Spacious to us with a group of 8. Free parking is a bonus and host communication is fast & efficient. Highly recommended and definitely be staying again.

It was furnished very poorly, it was unclean, it was a real deception as it was not luxury and was not beach front T he furnishings were of the lowest quality, it seemed as it came from a house clearance, it was all odd pieces, worn, dirty and unfit for the purpose as advertised. It was filthy in places, especially the bathrooms, and the state of the pillows and bedding would not have been out of place in a third world country. The adverts are misleading, it was not luxury and within 1000 yards of the beach front, instead situated on a side road amongst many other hotels and apartment blocks
