Perfect location. Close to everything. City sightseeing Hop on Hop off bus leaves from catty corner across the street. Perfect to buy a 24 hr pass. Conwy and the castle are one of the stops. Great breakfast with nice staff. Host Cheryl is a lovely person.

My shower was very temperamental, but it did'nt spoil my stay

A bit of a drain smell coming from the bathroom sometimes and the fan doesn’t automatically switch off .

A very warm and friendly welcome by both hosts . Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice . The complimentary little bottle of fresh milk for your room was a lovely thought .

Nothing we didn’t like.

Being called the beachside is really fitting as it is right on the beach front and the theme continues right through the hotel. The little hut as the bathroom just made my day it was so fitting with the theme. Rooms was spotless and clean. Breakfast was exceptional you could have anything you could thing of even down to drinks there was so much choice. Stations on the landing with extras such as toilet roll was lovely too. We just can’t compliment the stay enough. Dave and Cheryl could not be more helpful, kind and caring. All the staff was so attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and get away. Would like to thank Dave and Cheryl for the best stay we’ve had it was amazing and we will definitely be returning!

I found the car park a challenge, and the bathroom door was a sliding door and was quite noisy. I struggled to keep the noise down if visiting the bathroom during the night.

The location it was in the heart of the action, and it’s friendly atmosphere.

AMAZING PLACE! The couple who own this B&B are some of the friendliest people we have ever met. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a chat about the place and the stuff to do around, with there personal recommendations. The room was so clean and tidy! Also was beautifully decorated, the room came with a book to tell us a bit of history about the place and the local restaurants which proved useful to us. 10/10 breakfast, great quality food! I’m not a fan of a full English so when I request scrambled eggs and bacon on toast is was of course a yes from them! which might I add was very tasty! The location is fantastic, right on the front with bars, cafes and shops a 1 minute walk away! We will 100% be back and will be telling all our friends and family! If you are looking for a beautiful,friendly, clean and cosy place to stay look no further you have found it! One of if not Llandudnos BEST!
