We had a beautiful corner room with a river view ! Room was extremely spacious and rokm setvice was awesome !! We were there for our wedding nearby , lovely and relacing atmosphere !! Breakfast was lovely , lots of options xx

Room could do with a refresh, starting to look a little tired in places. Very clean and comfortable though.

A bit strange atmosphere as attached to a hospital

Did not realised when I booked it that the hotel was attached to a hotel which was a bit off putting on arrival but having said that the staff were super friendly the room was lovely with an amazing view and the breakfast very good .

The swimming pool was closed, which was very disappointing as that was one reason I booked this hotel.

The hotel was a great location, and the train services to Glasgow were good. It was very clean and the rooms were enormous with a great view over the river. It's set in beautiful grounds and lovely to have morning coffee sitting outside. Staff were super friendly and very efficient. It has a lovely bar area to sit and have a quiet drink.

It was quit hot in the room

Very nice place in a quiet location. 10 minute walk to trainstation..with frequent trains to city centre ( return about 4.5 pounds). Very friendly, helpful staff...beautifull grounds on the river bank. Nice breakfast...excellent modern showers..Good bed. Windows can open for fresh air...needed as it was quit warm and airco had not been turned on. Restaurant for lunch and dinner with fair prices.

Breakfast was only OK. No porridge. Basic fresh fruit. Season fruit compote would have been nice. Maybe a bit more of promoting Scottish local products. No bottles of water in room. Scottish shortbread instead of ginger nuts

There was noise from the interconnecting room next door but not excessive. A shame the pool was under maintenance but it didn’t spoil he stay

When we dined in the restaurant, there was a wedding on and the doors to the garden outside were left open, so it was quite chilly. More consideration for guests dining would have been good.

Hotel had thought of every detail. The room was lovely and bed was so comfortable. The fridge was appreciated. View from room was amazing to see the River Clyde.

I was getting married nearby so the room i had was fabulous size for all my extra baggage !! Very clean , modern and peaceful down by the waterfront xx great sleep , comfy big bed and great room service for hungry kids when we arrived late at night x

The terrible old shower over the bath and the shower curtain . This isn't a criticism as the rooms are gradually being refurbished so I'm sure the top rooms will be done eventually.

Very spacious room. Comfortable bed and nice view of the Clyde. Delicious meal in.the restaurant.

Unfortunately the pool, sauna etc not available as being refurbished, better to have been told.

Poor maintenance. A gap in a window frame allowed wind to howl through during a gale outside. Dinner was a disappointment. Shin of beef was dry and tasteless.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff all very good.
