The small amenities in the bathroom need to be checked more often.

A very minor point was that I was woken up early by the daylight coming through the blinds. A blackout curtain option would have been nice. It’s a very minor point though, as the room was lovely and the bed was very clean and comfy.

We were made extremely welcome to what is a lovely property. It’s well located, quiet, very clean and lovely rooms. We opted for the full breakfast and we’re not disappointed. The quality of the food was excellent, especially the Cumberland sausage, and was a good start to the day.

One afternoon of rain, but it wouldn't be the Lake district without!!!

Just had a wonderful 4day stay at the Beaumont Guest House Windermere, Very efficient and friendly service made for an enjoyable stay.We will certainly recommend to our friends looking for a stay in the Lakes. All local amenities and transport services ideally situated making it very worthy of a 5 star accomodation.

The hosts make you feel extra welcome and give you a real tailor-made experience with great recommendations on the best things to do/see/go to in the region. The quality of the equipements is faultless (the mattress!) and the little personal attentions are lovely. The breakfast is a must, hearty, fresh and homemade. The location is also perfect: I was travelling by train, the station is a 10mn walk away though the town centre, and there are bus stops to reach other towns/lakes just 2mn away.

First the location is perfect, close to the town centre and all the attractions. Inside the property, the rooms are spacious and smell amazing. We just loved our stay here.

The lower room, the bathroom was a little cold

Lovely place with decor in the building typical of the building and of high quality the room was more contemporary but complimented with period furnature . Great shower and coffee machine. Staff were clearly passionate about the experience their guests get.

Room was very cold on arrival but did warm up once radiator was turned on.

Such a warm welcome on arrival and were upgraded to a superior room free of charge. Very helpful with advice on places to visit/eat. Excellent location.
