Access by car to property- although the host did give excellent instructions on parking near the property and surrounding street parking.

Great location. Easy access. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean. comfortable beds with nice linen. great wifi. Good shower with spotless bathroom. Outside patio with stunning views of Hebden Bridge and surrounding countryside.

Communication before checking in poor.Did not receive email with key code box and phone numbers we had from web site had been changed so had no contact with host.

I think there should have been a warning that if you drive up Union Street then you can't turn around. We were advised that it was bumpy but to be fair it wasn't really a road.

The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the views of Hebden Bridge were amazing.

You can drive right up to the property and park outside. What we didn't realise until we left is that there is no space to turn so you have to reverse 200 metres down a narrow, muddy and awkward hill into traffic to leave! Park in a street above. The owner told us about the option to park nearby but didn't mention the long distance reversing.

Very comfortable accommodation with a superb view across the valley. Just a few minutes walk down steps into town. We'll equipped kitchen and decent bathroom.

2 points about access that have been well documented on previous reviews. Firstly Union Street is not a normal road, it is an untreated single uphill track with no turning space so unless you are confident at reversing 100m back down the narrow incline onto a main road I would suggest finding parking on one of the streets at the back of the property. Secondly the steps down or up to street level are steep and in wet weather a little daunting, anyone with more than slight mobility difficulties may need to consider this carefully.

Excellent location for town, shops bars & restaurants.Also good for Worth Vally stream railway.The accommodation was well decorated clean & warm

I didn't like how the instructions didn't say it was down a back alley steps, to the left... Because I knocked on the front street blue door... With 'Rose Mount' sign above it. I was so confused and tried to call the landlord, but it went to answer phone. I would recommend to create clear instructions of how to access the apartment.

I loved the view! The mountains and the comfort. The birds tweeting in the morning was blissful too!

It was very cold - the heating took a very long time to warm the place through - although it was an exceptionally cold spell of weather.

The steep/uneven steps up/down to the property are quite dangerous, especially in the dark and when it's been raining. Whilst it was stated that parking was possible immediately outside the property, this is not a realistic proposition. The way up to the property is too steep and there's nowhere to turn around so you'd have to reverse back down, which is definitely inadvisable. We parked on the street (hill) behind the property and this would not be a good place to park when it's at all icy. If four people were staying, you'd need extra chairs in the dining area. The door to the second bedroom didn't close properly.

Parking and access to property up all the steps but saying that you are in Yorkshire and if you want the views you have to accept steps.

We didn’t have any issue with the actual property,The only issue we had was the parking situation,if it had been a bit clearer on the instructions about the awkwardness of parking right outside the property we would have parked elsewhere. We managed ok though and it hasn’t put us off returning.

Our only worry was better instructions to the property, to make it clear you can't turn round and have to back out a narrow, steep road onto a main road. Thanks to the neighbour who helped us!

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Lovely views from the balcony and enjoyed the central location. We enjoyed our stay.
