Small room in a 70s semi, few facilities, shared bathroom. Room and bathroom were very clean, WiFi was good. Checking in instructions are clear . Walls are thin .

The Tv didn't work in the bedroom for safety. There should be locks on the door and numbers so people can tell which room they have, Someone did come in but realise and appolise. Nice place, but you just felt difficult as you were sharing the key to door and other people in the house. A simple breakfast would just be nice and not take your own. Maybe get people.to.wash up there on dishes.

The bedroom was very small we had to climb over each other as it only had access from one side, getting in at night was difficult as we couldnt see the combination numbers on keybox.

The only reason I wouldn't give this a 10/10 is we booked 2 rooms, myself and partner lived our room but the 2nd room our friend said the bed was alittle squeeky/creeky when he moved, which when moving in his sleep actually woke him up. Other than that brilliant place!

Communications between the host and ourselves was great, simple to the point and accommodating!

Internal noise is quite an issue when getting an early night as noise travels quite easily round the house (doors closing, bathroom noise etc) though this won't be an issue if there alone. Could have also been cleaner in some places, though this is a working house so it's to be somewhat expected.

Really peaceful location close to Telford which is where I needed to be the next day. Had full access to everything I needed such as kitchen, bathroom, parking, etc. so was very good value. Sukhchandan was also very welcoming and a great host!

See above ice room poor information no comforts like coffee or breakfast. I mean I didn’t know if I could use the cooker or anything.

There was no food available the price was the same as other places that do provide breakfast and coffee in your room. None of that here.

Was a mix up with another guest with the key in lock box but the owner fixed the problem as quickly as she could and couldn't of been more apologetic

House was a really lovely and clean owner keeps a beautiful house in a lovely location, if you don't mind staying in a home environment it's perfect and great price , bed was lovely and comfortable after a long tiring day, we booked 2 nights but only ended up staying 1 due to personal reasons so only really used the booking to go to sleep but the owner was a lovely lady

The property was acessed by a lockbox but it only had one key so you have to place a lot of trust in those staying there to put the key back as soon as they get in. Surely one key per guest is not a lot to ask! The guest room had family pictures on top of the chest of drawers which felt odd. There was a drawer at the top to use but the rest of the drawers contained someones clothes. No where to hang anything so the inclusion of two coat hangers was a bit of a waste. There was no mirror in the bedroom & all was very basic. The bed is next to a wall so fine for the solo traveller, if staying as a couple you would need to climb over your partner to get in/out of bed! Unlike a couple of other bedrooms there is no lock on the door so not ideal to leave anything of value. The toilet paper in the bathroom ran out on one of the nights & whilst did eventually get a message to say where to find more it didn't arrive until after checking out the following day! A guest manual would have been useful given the owner wasn't present during the stay. Shower was hot and worked well. There is a driveway but assume it was taken by other guests as parking was on the street & not necessarily in front of the house, although the house estate did feel relatively safe. Says in the description its set in a quiet village, its actually quite a busy village & with the room being at the front there is traffic noise but not too bad late on. Acess to the kitchen was great but the fridge was full so hard to find space to store things & the crockery especially the mugs weren't as clean as they should be. Prob best to take your own.

Perfectly adequate for the price paid, shower was hot & access to a kitchen was good. Bed was suitable for the solo traveller.

The room was very small but okay for one person. I would have liked a sheet on the bed rather than just a duvet, as under the duvet was hot and I do not like sleeping without something over me. I was very surprised that there was not even a plug in the room so that I could charge my phone. Also surprised that there was not a lock on the door.

The room was clean and tidy as was the multi-shared bathroom.

No lock on door so not secure. No accessible plug for charging phone etc. Window locked and no key to unlock. Very hot weather when I stayed so couldn’t sleep due to heat. In these times a kettle and tea/coffee facilities would be expected,father than having to go down and use the owners. With a few improvements this could be a much better establishment .Also a few personal touches like a mirror and bedside lamp etc. Overall ok for just a room for a night.
