There was no allocated parking which I found strange as each apartment seemed to have its on space. Trying to load and u load the car wasn't ideal. If you have a car, collecting the key isn't too much of an issue but if not think it would be a wild goose chase to and from the property with luggage. The lock on the patio door was broken, and the bath could t be used as the water would run cold.

The property had great views, very spacious. Nice walk along the water front to the centre. Coffee machine.

At the time of our visit the lift was out of order so a bit of a hike up 6 flights of stairs. We had been told this by the owners and obviously nothing they could do about it.

Location was excellent. Wuit with great views over Princes dock and short walk into town.

couple of small niggles- handle on door to balcony was very loose so we didn’t go outside as much as we would have in case it broke, also window handle in the main bedroom was loose so didn’t want to open it for same reason. didn’t detract from our stay though. nothing really to dislike.

lovely modern apartment, very clean and comfortable, good amount of space for the 5 of us, had everything you need for a weekend break, quiet area, great en-suite shower. good communication from the owner before and after our stay.

The mattresses were not comfortable and not in keeping with the quality of other furnishings and appliances. Not enough wine glasses (we bought extra and left them for others). Not enough hot water for 5 people to get showers in the morning. Rather over-zealous communication from the management company - we appreciate that Liverpool is a party city, but the threats of eviction for any noise etc at 7pm on NYE (we were a family group consisting 71,61, 28, 26, 25 yrs and had had to prove this to rent in the first place) were intrusive and excessive.

Having to park on the main road to offload luggage was less than convenient and the parking at the nearby multi-storey, was a princely £54 Fri night-Mon morning.

Location was excellent, as we didn't want to stay in the centre of town, but wanted to be within 10 minutes walking distance.

This apartment is in a perfect location near Prince's Dock. It has a balcony you can sit out and enjoy the view, you get to see all the boats passing by and it is lovely at night all lit up. The location is a short walk from the city centre and Albert Dock. This is the perfect place for a city break in a quieter location, whilst still being near enough to all the attractions and restaurants. There is everything you need for a short break and it is great to have a home away from home where you can explore Liverpool. The apartment is beautiful and very modern. It was clean and tidy and having two bathrooms is great. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay whilst visiting Liverpool.

I think overall the apartment was slightly over priced. I would say it is more in the £120 per night bracket rather than the £170 we paid. There were a few issues which need tidying up, all the blinds were broken and the balcony door handle and the living room laminate floor was coming apart. Also the mattresses need replacing as they are quite old.

The location was brilliant and Liverpool is a fantastic city. Facilities in the apartment were great too with a lovely coffee machine and a super TV and excellent bathroom facilities. The view across the docks from the balcony was sensational as well.

The apartment was dirty, the sofa bed was broken and when they called me to offer an different unit (1 day prior arrival) the only option was a different location with 1 bathroom only. The mattresses were terrible. Apartment is nice but needs maintenance, cleaning and new mattress and sofa.

Despite being 4 adults, we were only given 1 key. Also, the intercom did not work so we had to ensure we were very closely coordinated in our departure and arrival times. There was a lot of obvious damage to the flat: holes in the floor, dents in kitchen units, loose floorboards on the balcony, and the balcony door did not lock. The flat was very noisy at night due to traffic noise, and the fact that the bedrooms faced the busy roads. The flat was also too hot. If windows were felt open while sleeping, it was too noisy due to the traffic. Also, the blinds on bedroom windows did nothing to keep light out. Disappointing for the money we paid.

The location was very scenic and the flat was really clean.

Nothing everything was great with the apartment and liverpool itself!

The views where really good,just chilling on the balcony was worth it,the location is in a really good place for getting in the city and all the places you would like to go and all only a little walk away,for a massive city area it's really quite what suited me,glad I booked this place definitely be back in the future,the team where great on the phone and with information on getting there and responding to emails.many thanks!

I loved the view. The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Only downside which is the parking. We had to walk to and from the ncp carpark in the rain with all our clothing which was a pain. That's the only thing that does put me off staying again. If it was summer time i would definitely love to stay here again. Brilliant time. Thankyou .
