Great apartments, well situated, always in immaculate condition.

The taps in the shower were so stiff that I was unable to have a shower the first day of my accommodation. A gentleman who was servicing one of the apartments, also tried to get it working for me, but was unable to either. After some online backwards and forwarding, someone came around and sorted the problem. Dealing with external online check in procedures can be a bit of a hassle.

This accomodation had everything I needed for my 2 night stay. An added bonus of being able to catch up on washing my clothes, as I’ve been travelling for a bit. The bed was comfortable and I had a spot to park my car, just across the road.

The TV would occasionally disconnect, but it wasn't a major issue. You could sometimes hear footsteps in the room above, but that's to be expected in an older property.

The space was a really good size - a separate bedroom from a living/kitchen area, and then a separate bathroom in the corridor to the main room door. The bed is quite big, so you have to squeeze through to get to one side, but it's comfortable. The room I was in was on the lower ground, and had a lovely view of a courtyard, so you could hear birds instead of the traffic outside. It's in a nice area, and felt safe in the evening - close walk to Clifton Down shops. The shower was great, and the staff who worked in the building were friendly. Having a washing machine was very convenient.

Small double bed, if upgraded to a king or super king it would have then been perfect.

Great location in a lovely area of the city. Very clean apartment with great kitchen facilities. Parking needs to be booked - this is a must as there are limited spaces. Great use of technology, instead of keys or codes, you download an App to gain entry which is seemless.

Most of what I say here seems characteristic of UK short term lets (and hotels, B&Bs, etc). Bedroom was a bit cramped, hard to get around the bed. No bedside table on one side. A lot of old (and unused/unusable) furniture in the flat which took up valuable space. I would have preferred an induction stove; old style radiant electric plates (they look like induction but aren't) are not particularly good to cook with. I appreciate this is an expensive upgrade. Astonishing lack of towel rails - where do you put damp towels?? "Heated" - they were not - narrow towel rails useless for all but hand towels. However, there was very adequate shelf space in the bathroom - unlike some other places we have stayed recently. Main concerns were getting round the bed and the lack of towel rails.

Conveniently located. Nicely positioned ground floor flat in the house. Reasonable selection of plates, pans, glasses etc. TV and internet good. The hot water wasn't working when we arrived - seems another common problem in the UK; had the same issue in our previous rental. However, it was fixed very quickly when I contacted the agents the next morning. Generally, I felt the people at Urban Creations - the managers - were good and helpful. Although the preferred method of entry was using an app, we had no problems at all using the alternative fob. Sound proofing was good and the flat did not "overheat" when it was sunny.

Parking said it was included on booking.com, which was one of the reasons we picked it as it was a stop on the way home from Devon, however it did cost extra; this could have been clearer.

Check in through the app was fairly straightforward and easy to access. Room was nice and spacious with a kitchen, plenty of utilities and WiFi worked. Good location.

The place is so small, TV is too high on the wall so when you watch TV it’s not very comfortable for the neck and eye position. Bathroom has unpleasant smell, maybe the drainage, but we stayed at the hall floor, maybe top floor won’t have such issues.

Good location and in a nice neighbourhood, close to everything. Good restaurant, cafe shops, supermarkets very nearby. Quiet at night to ensure good night sleep, mattress and pillows are comfortable. Staff is helpful on site.

The decor, cleanliness and location were all first class. Everything you need for a kitchen was there, the bed was very comfortable, great shower. The Hairdryer, iron and washing machine were also appreciated.

The only downside, although it didn't put me off coming back, is the parking. It's across the road, very tight access to some of the spaces, and an additional cost.

Modern decor and appliances, clean, well-presented, easy heating controls, well-equipped kitchen area, comfortable bed, sofa/lounge area and room for a 4-person dining table in the bay window (not all apartments have bay windows, of course). Double-glazed and lovely heavy curtains which means very little street noise. The small hall inside the apartment door (where you can hang coats, leave shoes etc) also keeps noise from the stairwell to a minimum - not that it's noisy in general anyway. A wealth of bars and restaurants just a short walk away, or stay in and enjoy the apartment!

The fridge wasn't working correctly in the apartment I stayed in but this hasn't happened in previous stays. However it didn't really affect my visist.

Everything was fine!

This very light an comfortable apartment is located near the University, close to several restaurants, food shops, a short walk from the downtown and the shopping district. It offers a secure parking place against fee.

Shower in room with en-suite wasn’t usable as for some reason the water was cold. (The main bathroom was fine, though.) I was apprehensive about only having a digital key, but in fact the instructions and the app were fine and we managed okay.

Location was great, quiet street but near bus services, an M&S food hall, and nice places for eating out. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space.
