That we couldn’t stay longer!! We had to leave to come home!

The home was fantastic, modern, clean, comfortable, and a lovely welcome pack on arrival! It is very central. It’s just like being at hoe. No need to take towels or hairdryer it’s all there, everything has been thought out to a high spec. We will book to go back.

Nothing, everything was perfect

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely cottage that is very close to the town centre and opposite a gorgeous walk next to the Tweed. Very comfortable accommodation, highly recommend.

In the double bedroom there was quite a noise from the dehumidifier which was on constantly At the table the lighting was dim - in the summer it no doubt would not be a problem but in the winter it was reasonably dark

Beautiful little cottage. Perfectly clean and incredibly cosy. It had everything we needed and acted as a perfect base for our week exploring the borders. The beds were comfy, living room warm (special thanks to the electric fire), kitchen perfect for what we needed. Perfectly located for an easy stroll into town, especially on pub night! We’re already planning our return!

The double bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was bumpy and we could feel the springs, it needs replacing, we had to sleep on the single quilts from the other room. The single beds in the other room had sharp edges on the bed frames and we both hurt our chins on them during the stay, there was barely enough room to pass the beds to get to the window. There is no garden but lovely walks down by the river.

Location was great, cottage was very clean and well equipped. The river was 2 minutes walk which was lovely. We were able to get parked near to the cottage.

the internet was a little temperamental but came back on quickly after resetting the router

loved the location and the cleanliness of the property had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy!

Had issue with WiFi . Managed to connect ok at first but would then would not connect. Left note .( did not contact owner as only there for 3 days) My mum found the pure air system and boiler noisy as in cupboard in twin room.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The decor was fresh and contemporary. The bottle of wine and milk was lovely. The cottage was well equipped and extremely well situated for river, shops and walks. Parking was always available.

The cottage was very clean and homely. My parents owned the house until 2005 so it was really nice but strange staying there again

Wonderful, very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Property. Cosy and warm, lovely comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Highly recommend and will definitely book the same property next time we visit the lovely Kelso.

Being contacted by the property owners about key collection more than 2 days ahead. The welcome package on arrival and the overall language and welcome in the information books encouraging you to make yourself feel at home.

We had to come home!!!!

The little extras ie: tea, coffee, milk available on arrival so you don't have to shop for them after a journey. It was a warm property when we entered even though it was cold outside and they said the heating could be suited to our needs.

The cottage was really lovely but, we cut short our stay there as there was a really strong smell of cat urine which we found very offensive as it permeated throughout the cottage. I did ring and speak with the owner and left a note on the table informing them of this and advised that it should be fumigated before anyone else stayed there.

Oh dear...the smell in the shower room is awful. The noise of air con/ boiler was annoying and the sofas were uncomfortable.

Location. Very modern and clean.
