Good place to stay, especially if you planning on travelling around cornwall. Just what you need plus they stock up the frige for free which is good.

I should have booked restaurants for meals quite early on as it was a busy period. Luckily there is a Tesco nearby and I was able to make use of the fridge and purchase food for dinners as well.

I had a nice sized room at the front of the house. i was concerned that it might be noisy, but it was very quiet. There is a small fridge in the room stocked with juice, milk, yogurt and cereal for breakfast as well as eggs and an egg boiler, which was a really nice touch.

The room was great and very clean. The owners made us very welcome, and they were so helpful. Adequate breakfast in the fridge, which was topped up every day it was great. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice and cozy room and lovely owners of the place. The breakfast is simple but good and the distance to the beach and also St Ives are managable for everyone who doesn't mind a nice walk.

A small room with excellent facilities. Clean and serviced daily. I liked the excellent supply of breakfast items to be consumed in the room. Bus stop opposite was useful if you didn't have a car.

The room was small (we knew that when we booked the 'compact double', but we had to get used to it because the room in our previous hotel was large). Breakfast was nice (a.o. cereals, fruit juice, milk, water and eggs to be prepared with the egg-cooker) but you had to eat it in the room/on the bed which is not what we are used to.

Location in a quiet area, 10-15 minutes walk to train station and Carbis Bay beach, bus stop for St Ives and other Cornwall destinations in front of the B&B. Shop (small supermarket) next door. Nice and friendly owners. Small issue with door hook hanging loose was immediately fixed after we reported it.

it was abit noisy by the road and it’s quite far from St Ives.

the staff was so thoughtful and lovely. I even got Easter eggs and a card for Easter!

Getting to the room from the train station was a drag. Uphill pulling a bag and no street signs. Glad gooogle gave me directions. Room was small as was the bed.

Room was very close to bus stops so you could go pretty well anywhere. There was a fridge in the room and even an egg cooker with eggs and juice and yogurt provided.

Even though breakfast not included when we booked, they provided fridge with breakfast like eggs, milk, cereals, etc that was refilled everyday. The room was clean and good size. The bed is very comfortable. The location is good. It is near the bay. The town center is about 30min walk (or you can take bus/train) They have Netflix and Disney!

Great location. 10 min walk to carbis bay. Bus stop right opposite accom and another bus stop 2 mins walk up the road which takes you to st ives. The lands end coaster bus and lizard bus can be taken from this bus stop very convenient hop on hop off bus. If you visit Cornwall id deffo recommend you looking into the hop on and hop off bus £5 ticket all day can get on any bus. Didnt expect breakfast so nice surprise when we were given cereals, water bottles, milk, eggs, juice, pain aux chocolate, fruit tub and oat bars in our room which were restocked every day. Costcutter next door if need anything. And becks fish and chips down the road about 8 -10 min walk, lovely fish and chips. Comfy bed.

It was a quiet area which had shops and everything you need just around the corner. I would choose this place to stay if I were to stay at St Ives again. Definitely recommend! I 👍

It was a lovely clean room not very big but we wasn’t in the room that much .No cooked breakfast but that didn’t bother me there was a little mini fridge that was stocked up daily with eggs milk yogurts and fruit pots for breakfast and small box’s of cereal which was lovely .

It could have been made clear that the B&B does not provide cooked breakfast or a breakfast room full stop. Instead breakfast cereals, eggs and some other breakfast items are provided and refilled and to be eaten in the room. This is not the end of the world, but not ideal.

Decent B&B at central location in Carbis Bay only a short walk away from the beach and train station to go to St. Ives or other places like Panzance. Rooms vary in size, one room we booked (2) was OK and the other (8) was a bit on the small side. Still, very good value for money.
