It was a good

It was very clean and close to the local shop and just a sweet walk down hill to the Beautiful carbis bay it is a steep hill if you've no transport.So maybe not to good if you've no transport or mobility probs but for us it was fantastic loved jogging to the beavh on a morning.The breakfast is left in Fridge for you and was all good Orange juice not left one morning but not a problem .Lovley clean room exellent shower and comfy beds.Would stay again for sure

Bath room floor near shower squeaky needs fixing.

There was no hot breakfast, but the owners left lots of goodys in small a fridge. We were very pleased. Room was very tidy. Location was perfect. Couldn't have been better.

For us personally the duvet was a little thick but not an issue.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only aspect to take into account would be the location as it is around a 30 minute walk into the centre of St Ives. However we didn’t mind at all as beechwood was great value for money and carbis bay is right on the doorstep. You can also take a coastal walk down to st Ives.

The bed was very comfortable and soft which we like. Also despite not adding breakfast onto our stay we were supplied with cereals, eggs, milk, breakfast bars etc in our room within a great mini fridge. These items were replaced each day which was really appreciated! The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Great location, short 10 minute walk to the beach and train station to get to St Ives, 30-40 minute walk in to St Ives. The beds were super comfy, and parking on site is a bonus.

Cannot fault it. The room was immaculate and clean and the view outside our room was beautiful .The fridge was refilled everyday with milk and breakfast goodies. Cost-cutter and pharmacy right next door which was very convenient and about a 5/10 minute walk from the station which can take you to St ives and irl we also close to the main beach.

My partner said to many hills lol.

Breakfast wasn’t what we would normally go for, we ate out forgetting that we hadn’t bought bed and breakfast. But the snacks and facilities the room offered you could have small continental breakfast. Location was amazing down and hill and there was a beautiful beach, good amenities round too! 1.5 mile down the road was st Ives too so very good! Staff were very helpful and friendly also.

The room was a little tight but did the job for our purposes given that we were there to be out and about all day!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided helpful advice during our trip. The location was superb with easy access to the beach Nd train station.

The only downfall is the car park is very small and difficult to park on if you have a bigger car. Luckily we managed to get a space each time.

Very clean and nice rooms! It was in a perfect place, 5 minute walk to Carbis bay, 10 minute drive to St Ives city centre, great location! We were really looked after, they gave us breakfast and had given us drinks and other food in the fridge every day! Would definitely be coming back.

Very clean space and they do abide according to the COVID rules. Also, they clean your room and refill the fridge with yummy goodies everyday. In addition, the bus stop (which you can purchase an unlimited ride all cross Cornwall for a day) is just across the street!! Likewise, you can just walk, ride a bus or train or bike towards St. Ives. Very convenient especially for a person like me who does not have any car!! As a solo traveler, i highly recommend this place. Very lovely experience ❤️
